"Mr. Dixon, good to see you!"

"Oh, if it isn't young Miss Mia! Been awhile. And who's this handsome lad with you?"

"He's my...um..." Mia stammered, blushing.

Seeing her shyness, the elder was surprised. Looking Justin over, his aura and bearing were impressive despite plain clothes.

"No need to say more, I understand. A fine young man indeed." Mr. Dixon praised Justin unstintingly.

Faced with such a kindly old man, Justin naturally didn't put on airs. He greeted the elder respectfully, then humbly said:

"You flatter me, sir. It is you who are hale and hearty, no less so than us youths!"

Delighted by Justin's buttering up, the old man guffawed and welcomed them in to select a complimentary piece after choosing.

Of course Justin wouldn't take advantage like that. He merely nodded without a word, following Mr. Dixon inside to observe the wares knowledgeably.
