The achievements were calculated by the Akashic records, which recorded all the remarkable achievements in the Tower.
The achievements differed from person to person, some got selected because of their ability to fight against the monsters, some for their craftsmanship, and some for their own competence.
All of that was happening while Shiva was doing some crazy sh*t.
To know what's going on, let's go back to when he got out of his house.
Moving under the cover of the dark night, Shiva saw a dozen goblins loitering around the gas station that's when the light bulb in his mind lit up.
He silently sneaked to the back of the first goblin and attacked aiming its head using Peirce, and the goblin perished without even a sound due to the effect of the skill.
He killed three more goblins by sneaking behind them but unfortunately, the goblin shrieked and others beside it realized Shiva's presence and attacked him but that was a part of his plans since once again his title effect would trigger due to being attacked first by the monster.
After that, he easily killed it without any trouble, but what happened after was a total..... Mess!
The goblins surrounded him from all sides and attacked him, and Shiva, who didn't even aware of the basics of combat swung around his spear trying his best to fight.
He was flimsy but due to his high stats, he finally killed them all.
But that was not what he was aiming for, he went up to the gas station and spilt petroleum on the whole area making sure every nook and corner was wet.
And not long before the whole area was covered in petroleum.
Shiva entered the nearby car, which was maybe left there by a panicked civilian, but that was not the concern now, he took a chair that he found in the resting room of the gas station and pressed it against the horn of the car, and then.

The horn of the car started sounding nonstop, but he didn't waste time and ran outside the gas station and hid behind a wall.

That's when Shiva stood up and threw something towards the monsters and immediately followed that.....

Shiva stood up and looked at the monsters burning ablaze, some were even destroyed to pieces by the sudden blast of some combustibles.
It was a crazy idea, a crazy idea that may have him killed if he attracted strong monsters or something from the explosion hit him, considering it was a gas station the idea was indeed crazy, but the reward was not shallow either.
