3. Hidden Power

Agah fell backward because he was so shocked by the bright light, soon Agah could see an arc in the middle of the light which was starting to fade.

"Older brother!" Adora shouted, immediately hugging her sister tightly and continuing to cry loudly.

"Arrow?" Agah thought as he looked back and looked at the roof of his house.

Up there, stood a long-haired woman with a bow staff in her hand but Agah saw signs that the woman was about to fall right on top of him.

"Adora, be careful!" Agah pushed Adora's small body and immediately caught the woman's body. When the woman fell, the foreign creature in front of Agah fell with an arrow still stuck in her chest.

The woman's face was really pale, making Agah even more panicked.

"Did that girl run out of Mana energy?" said Agah, who immediately lowered the woman's body carefully near Adora, and intended to take mana from the monster's body.

After getting a lot of mana, Agah immediately gave the red object to the woman who was now lying helpless in front of him. Adora also noticed,- the girl focused her gaze on the half-conscious woman.

"Eat," said Agah, who immediately opened the woman's mouth. In the blink of an eye, the huge object had disappeared and disintegrated into a human body. “This will take a long time.”

Agah stood up, his gaze scanning the yard, and the boy Agah had saved had been taken by several men who were evacuating the residents. After watching for a moment, and feeling safe for now, Agah would have gone into the house if he hadn't seen another creature in front of the settlement.

What do I have to do? It seemed like he wouldn't be able to sleep well again today. Slowly Agah saw that the sky had darkened and only the light remained from the meteor which continued to drop strange creatures of various shapes, only the one that fell near Agah's village was only one type of creature which was large and green in color. .

Now Agah's Mana power had started to increase, and now he could move even more metal. To get Mana, of course, Agah has to kill this strange creature quickly without draining his Mana at all. With a sudden sense of confidence, Agah turned to Adora and matched the little girl's height. Agah's gaze briefly fell on the woman who was still lying down, but the two women's eyes were wide open,- as if they were recovering their strength.

"Adora, you wait here for a moment, okay? I'll chase them away. Stay here and hide safely. I'll meet you later," explained Agah to Adora, who looked at him scared.

“Don't be too long, Brother. I'm scared," said the little girl.

Agah nodded and smiled reassuringly at Adora. Agah hugged the small body,- and rose from his crouching position, ready to attack again. Agah looked forward, took a deep breath, and walked over to one of the creatures who was approaching the humans with a hungry look.

Currently, while running, Agah was only thinking about metal, copper, and gold, causing his body to suddenly be enveloped in a bright blue light, causing several creatures to look at him.

"You guys dead!" Agah jerked his palms together as if he were summoning a lump of iron around him. Agah's blue aura carried many objects made of iron, causing sharp objects to fly.

Swords, knives, large earthen forks, even needles, or anything made of copper were now flying around Agah's body, the man immediately pointed at the creature in front of him. Not long after, the object that was originally floating began to aim at the foreign creature which was not far from it, and began to pierce the creature's body and penetrate the large green slimy body, until the green liquid splattered. The creatures' screams echoed throughout the village, booming in the night sky.

While gasping for breath because he couldn't control the foreign system he had received, Agah saw two creatures looking at him with anger because they had succeeded in overthrowing his partner. Agah didn't care, he powerfully aimed various other sharp weapons, and hit one of them while the other creature was already dead because several swords managed to pierce it.

With one release of his power, Agah had defeated three creatures at once, and he had gained quite a lot of Mana, he was sure Mana would further strengthen him. Agah immediately ran to take the Mana, and immediately devoured it. It turns out that devouring three Mana at once takes longer to combine.

However, fortunately, the number of Mana Agah is still large and its defense is getting stronger.

Because he was too happy to get Mana, Agah was careless and didn't realize the existence of the creature that was now ready to attack him.

"Older brother!" Adora shouted, who had been watching Agah from afar from the start.

A protective magic suddenly appeared right behind its body to block the creature's direct attack. Agah immediately pulled out several swords from the body of the creature that had died previously,- and immediately attacked the creature.

Now Agah got Mana back, not wanting to miss this golden opportunity, Agah immediately devoured Mana for the umpteenth time, and suddenly a system appeared in front of Agah.

*Mission 1

-Collect 5 Mana within 24 hours

-Get Mana from creatures of medium strength

-If successful, the player will be able to awaken the hidden power, and if failed, 2 Mana will be removed from the player.

It seems like that's Agah's job, and the benefits he will get are a little tempting because Agah himself doesn't know what hidden powers he has. But if you fail, your 2 Mana are lost? Isn't that a risk?

Agah is starting to understand the system he has now.

With its advantages and disadvantages, the benefits that will be obtained are truly mysterious. Even though Agah doesn't know what the hidden power is, there are still things that make Agah confused and a little unacceptable.

"24 hours," Agah muttered while looking at the clock circled on his left hand. “Did the time start from midnight last night, or when did they arrive?” Again, Agah was caught off guard,- and was about to be pounced on by the creature that was now running towards him.

Knock!

The sound of a large object falling was heard right near Agah, startling the man, and he looked towards where there was a dead creature with an arrow in its chest. Agah knew who the arrow belonged to, and immediately looked at Adora who was still with the woman.

"Don't be careless!" the girl shouted.

Agah simply shrugged his shoulders and tore the now-dead creature's body to shreds with the power of the woman's white arrow. His hands were enough to hold back the horrible green slime from the alien creature's body.

"That is mine!" said the girl again.

Agah looked at her for a moment, then walked over to the woman.

"This, this is your second Mana, right?" Agah handed the Mana into the hands of the woman who was now staring at him sharply.

Agah doesn't know what that look means, what is a grateful look?

"You're welcome," said Agah spontaneously.

The woman looked at Agah strangely. After swallowing the Mana she had just gotten from Agah, the woman seemed to be recovering. Adora was still standing near the woman, while Agah looked around to confirm the presence of whatever alien creature it was.
