The next morning.

Everyone except Mia and Gabe were enjoying breakfast at the dining table. Bertha herself cooked today, and Bart loved the food.

“No one can beat you in cooking, Mom,” he praised her.

Bertha smiled. “But, Son, what happened to your jaw? Why are you eating slowly with the spoon?”

“T-That’s a long story,” Bart’s shoulders slumped. “I’d rather not talk about it.”

“Did you fall from forward and hit your chin, Uncle?” Draco asked in a self-altered sweet voice.

“No.”

“Did someone punch you in the face or something?” Draco asked again.

Bart kept staring at Draco without answering.

“Haha, who could hurt your uncle?” William chortled. “He’s capable of taking down professional boxers with a single punch, so who can land their fist on his face? I don’t think such a man exists.”
