CHAPTER 27

“Miss,” the teddy bear reached out for Mia’s hand but didn’t touch her. “You should join us.”

Mia was pleasantly surprised.”M-Me? No, no, no. No thank you.”

“Are you sure?” the teddy bear slowly reached out for her hand, making her heart race. “Because I’ll make sure that the wine won’t spill.”

Whether it was his weirdly familiar voice or his charming words, Mia couldn’t resist for some reason. She let him grab her hand, and before she knew it, he pulled her in the flow of the music, and her body moved along. Mia never danced in her life. At best, she tapped her foot to the music. That was all she had in terms of experience, but now, she felt so comfortable as the teddy bear led her and made her dance along effortlessly.
