CHAPTER 285

Sansa came to the neighboring house, where Bertha and Carrie were eating fried peanuts. Draco was asking for more, but they didn’t give him any because he had already eaten his quota. When he sneakily tried to take some from Bertha’s plate, she twisted his ear, making him cry.

“Hmph, this is what you get when you try to be too cheeky with your grandmother,” Bertha blurted and then put a single peanut in his hand.

“I don’t want it,” Draco threw it away.

Bertha gritted her teeth and tried to catch him, but Draco ran away into the house. “This brat… all he’s good at is running away. I wonder whose genes he got,” she glanced in Freddy’s direction.

Freddy acted like he wasn’t even there. He was just waving the hand-fan and seemed to be in his own world until a woman in a white cloak opened the gate and stepped into the premises of their house.
