“1200 acres,” Russell said.

Gabe’s eyebrows raised against his will. “Damn. 1200? All this for one old man?” he said and then quickly looked at Russell. “Uh, I didn’t mean any offense. I just said what I thought.”

“I agree with you. This is a large enough area for three to four universities to fit in,” Russell said, “but my grandfather likes to live alone in his last years. Maybe, after he passes away, we might build a private university here.”
