Besides his security detail, the police had to be at the park to give hand in the security. That was the best opportunity for the team to be at the presidential fund-drive.
It was the perfect time to have a word with Peter, or, to execute the soldiers’ plan. They got ready and left the precinct for the event. Shortly after their arrival, President Hiram Boniface arrived. It was time for the event to begin. Just before the president’s speech, the captain got a call from the precinct.

As the best sniper in Credonia, David knew a thing or two about disguise. The best places for one to take cover are the least expected to be. In his current situation, he did not choose a far place for a hide out. He was lying low at their old working lair. He needed to make contact with his team. He knew the CPSD agents were aware of his tricks with his partner as the director.Showing up in one of his friend’s house would have gotten him captured at once or even worse. He came up with a full-proof plan to make contact. He also knew that, the only people that could give him a benefit of doubt could only be Matthew and Ruddick.
