Ramsay was surprised by the way Manqin fought against him. Ramsay was expecting Manqin not to be as good as the Marcs but Manqin seemed to be better than the Marcs. Ramsay knew it was going to be hard to defeat Manqin since he hadn't fully completed his training with the great Kings, couldn't use his magic, and the sword had no power inside the mountain but he had to find a way to defeat Manqin which he began to think of as he now fights Manqin using his defensive moves after using his offensive him that was fruitless against Manqin. Maqin and his skeletons became slaves to Ramsay and must always obey him since that was what Manqin vowed. Since Ramsay has taken control, Ramsay orders Manqin that he and his brothers and sister would like to go out of the mountain, and Manqin agrees to let them out of the mountain. Manqin gave the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia all they took from them and told Ramsay and the others to spend the day inside the mountain but they refused to. Ramsay asked how Manqin knew he was a great King. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Ryn, and Benjamin all stood in front of the wild forest staring at it while Redrick and Esther stared at the map to see if the map was going to give them a warning about the wild forest. Redrick and Esther saw as the map made some words visible to them and they read it out loud “the wild forest is a maze and to get out of it safely you need to follow the path which the moon will light up when it is night. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia regain consciousness to see that it is still night but they are all tied in different ways and different poses to the trees by the vines. They were all surprised to see themselves tied to the trees by the vines surrounding their body and looked at each other. As the lobsters and the Stinxes attacked Marcelos’s armies fighting each other, the vines had to unwrap themselves from the princes’, the princesses’, Benjamin’s, Hawk’s, Ryn’s, and Lilia's bodies so they could join the Stinxes and the lobsters fight Marcelos’s armies.Immediately the princes, the princesses, Lilia, Benjamin, Ryn, and Hawk were released, they all went to take their weapons and things. Just as they took their weapons and things, they tried to run away without minding the battle seeing it as a means of escape since the vines, Stinxes, and lobsters had been distracted by Marcelos’s armies but were stopped by the phoenixes that landed on the ground close to them. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Ryn, and Benjamin appeared outside the wild forest but close to it and immediately they all appeared outside the forest, Redrick fell to the ground unconscious, and the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Ryn, Lilia, and Benjamin (worried) rushed to Redrick except Esther, Noah, and Ramsay that was still in the same position they were and were not aware of what had happened.Upon getting to Redrick, Camelia kneeled close to Redrick, took the sword out of Redrick's back, dropped it on the floor, and then placed his head on her knees calling his name but there was no response from Redrick, and that terrified Camelia and the others.Noah, Ramsay, and Esther regain consciousness when Mike, Hawk, and Redrick continuously speak loudly into their ears that they need to wake up, and the three of them open their eyes. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn watched as Camelia stabbed Esther in the stomach without hesitation or second thought and they were all terrified.Immediately Esther fell to the ground dead, the spell preventing everyone from moving broke and they all rushed to Esther. Upon getting to Esther, Ramsay kneels beside Esther and places her head on his knees telling her that she can’t die and she should stand up while the others watch.
