He pushed the door open and walked into the room. Both the General and James turned to look at him. The General's daughter pressed closer to her father.

"Captain!" The General said with a smile on his face. "Thanks for being there just in time to catch those men. My daughter... She was also saved because of your timely intervention."

James turned to the Captain at the mention of his name. They both exchanged a mutually unpleasant knowing look. It was obvious to James that he did not mean what he said wholly.
