Drax heard the growl again, and that time, he was looking at what was going on. He could still remember, but there was Corvius holding his face in place and making sure he was beholding the horror.

Drax watched as the younger boy growled again, and when he did, the other boys quickly took their hands off him and stepped back. They watched in fear and horror as the boy began to grow scales. Large red scales soon covered his entire body and his eyes turned red. Two large horns grew from his head and black claws popped out of his hands.

The boys were terrified by what they were seeing. They screamed and tried to run, but the beast caught up with them. It tore the first boy into two and quickly beheaded the other one.

Drax tried to close his eyes but they no longer responded to him. Corvius had control. He made sure he watched. The third and oldest boy tried to run but the beast caught up with it. The boy screamed as the beast cut him down.
