Chapter 8. Anger and Hatred.

I have been noticing the change in my husband’s character since my elder sister Doris gave birth to twins, he has given her more attention in the past few months than he has done since we got married.

Now I understand what is going on; my husband loves my elder sister Doris more than he loves me even though I am his first love, if not for the custom and tradition of the kingdom, my elder sister would not be in the palace behaving as a saint and moreover, my son will be the rightful heir to the throne as I am the kings first love even though she put to bed before me.

My husband now takes her out and travels with her all over the country without even inviting me to any of this events? Now the whole world knows her as the King’s Beautiful and Intelligent wife but look at me now, I am known for nothing, just a palace queen with no recognition or honour, just authority and power which is limited to the palace guards and maids.

I must pay her back, now my son is already seven. I will tell him of everything my sister have done to me and have caused me, I will make him become bitter with her children and also lure him to become close friends with Clara the daughter of Doris my sister, so that he’ll get a close information about what my sister is using to blindfold my husband from seeing me whenever he wants to do something or as his first love.

I walked into my son’s room and called him Selem!

I sat close to him bed as we started talking. I want you to do something for me, I told him about what my elder sister Doris has been doing to me and how she made my husband King Whune to love her more and never travel with me, I also asked him to become closer to his sister Clara and get information’s about what she does each day to the king that made him love her more because I do not want to believe it is because of the twin she gave birth to and I also ask him to get information’s about the kings next travel and everything his sister Clara knows and make sure He don’t let her know the reason behind his sudden change of behavior and closeness.

The same way she took everything from me, I will also take everything from her.

After telling him, I made sure my words built a level hatred in his heart toward his sister Clara, her brother Wgheneo and her mother Doris but I made sure he’ll not disclose his intention and I also told him that according to the custom and tradition of Khah’s Kingdom, that he is free to marry Clara as his queen when King Whune dies.

I encouraged him that when what I am planning works, he should make sure to marry his sister Clara as that will determine him being alive, letting another man marry her will endanger his life because of what I am about to do in the next few months and it will also help us punish her for what her mother did to me by snatching my husband away from me even when I decided not to say anything she still went ahead to keep my husband to herself.

I will keep Clara as a prisoner and take everything called freedom she has or will ever have as a payback for what her mother is doing.

I used the natural format of the statement ‘what the eyes doesn’t see and the ear doesn’t hear, the heart doesn’t think.’ My innocent son accepted my offer and based on the information I just gave him, he was eager to do anything just to see Clara, his step-brother Wgheneo and his step-mother Doris suffer shame the same way he thinks I was facing right now.

I infused hatred deep into his innocent heart, I am willing to destroy my sister not because I need to be close to my husband but I want to see her and her two children become slaves, suffer and eventually die, just for her to know that it is not everything that belongs to me that she is allowed to have. She must learn this time around to leave my life and belongings alone and focus on hers.
