"This person called you Daimon?"

Con nodded his head and looked into the distance again.

"I'm pretty sure that's what he called me, or was it Darion?"

Xavier sighed and Lisa found herself rolling her eyes at the sound of that sigh. Con was messing with all of them and he seemed to enjoy doing that regardless of the fact that he had been asked to stop a number of times now.

It was a very funny affair, but it was also a serious one and the tension in the air could cut a piece of paper.

"Are you being honest Con or are you just joking with me?"

Lisa could hear the dangerous tone her father's voice had taken and she gulped at that. It was never a good idea to try tricking him when he had not gotten his full amount of rest. Even ten percent of the rest he should have taken would be enough for her father to function at full speed the rest of the day, but from the look in his eyes she could tell that he had skipped sleep all together.

He was looking cranky and it showed in his voice.
