King Edmond the Unready, was said to be a weak king, rose to power with the help of his mother after killing various lords who opposed the crown. Hero saw Edmond steal the Crown from his stepbrother, who was loved by the people and known as the great peasant Hero of the people.

The citizens loved his stepbrother and built Statues in his honor. King Edmond, the crown king, had challenges as the lords who had power in his court opposed his rule, altering some of his decisions.

The palace's life was filled with fear of poison or assassination attempts. Princess Elena had to become strong as the only child to protect herself and join hands with loyal men and allies who would be needed against her enemies who wanted her dead.

The Lords of Mercia had most of the powers in the king’s court. To checkmate and reduce their wealth status, which was gotten illegally from children, slavery, and drugs. The king made a law to stop child slavery in Lukedonia and introduced law enforcers to arrest anyone caught in the act. The lord’s wealth and rank would be reduced to that of a baronet, the lowest rank of nobility. Eliot and Sam were children of the inspectors of the law enforcers, so getting information was easy but the assassination attempts continued to create fear and chaos and this was what the Duke of Northridge wanted.

Hero saw in the vision a man with white hair and silver eyes, High Duke Robert the First. He was Duke of Northridge. He saw a vision of pure hatred to rebel against the crown. He witnessed an army of Northridge, bearing the emblem, attempting to kill the princess and the king, who had been prepped by the duke for a coup at the designated moment.

The lords of Mercia, in support of the queen's mother, ruled supreme over the internal court of the king and were one of the reasons the house of Northridge was almost extinct because of a plot of treason against the crown. Robert, the Duke of Northridge, watched his family killed and his descendants persecuted before him. Robert was not allowed to have a family by the law of the king's family. Hero saw a battle between two great persons known as Aragon and Eragon, who by blood was directly related to the great king Oregon who the world was named after him.

Aragon, King Oregon's son was said to have died in great battle of vengeance against his uncle King Milo who stole the throne and divided the great nation of sweed into five. Eragon was King Oregon's sister’s son and was meant to be the hand of the king to Prince Aragon in case of any death on Aragon. He was meant to be king if Aragon failed to produce an heir however Oregon’s step brother had other plans by uniting a band of four lords to overthrow Aragon.

Eragon fought Aragon out of loyalty to protect the citizens from a disastrous four-headed dragon summoned by Aragon using the blood mage magic to control it for revenge, in the heat of battle. Eragon and Aragon used the rare fear-forbidden blood mage magic passed down by King Oregon which was seen by lords and King Milo. When the battle had ended, Eragon died. The king out of fear killed Eragon’s family and held one hostage against anyone from Eragon's house who sought to retaliate nevertheless, he hunted every Eragon bloodline and ended the blood mage dynasty.

Only one was left alive and allowed to have just one child who had no blood mage ability, any other family was put to death by the sword. Robert the First was the only son who was related by descendant to Oregon and he rose to power cunningly by bowing to the other lords and weakening the king's power on the throne however, he had married and had triplets children with his wife. He hid the children, who grew over twelve when King Edmund the Unready found out. Robert watched his wife and two children put to death not because of the law but as King Edmund's way of revenge for dishonoring the king’s family and for thinking he could weaken the king's throne to have his way.

Something broke in Robert’s mind and he vowed not just to surpass the lords but to become king and his son became king after him but to do that. He must first kill the king and his men and ensure the princess whose influence in Lukedonia is second to the king for her good deeds dies as well. So the only way to the crown was to send Jefferson to the mage academy to befriend Princess Elena. When the time was right, they intended to kill the princess and attempt a rebellion against the crown.

Knowing this, Hero stays by the side of Elena whenever he can. The action to protect Elena brought the rise of bullies by Charles, who had an interest in the princess as well as Jefferson and his mage students. The princess was heavily guarded and watched by guards and knights as the crowning of age ceremony was closer. She sent Sam, Eliot, Betty, and Hero to the location where Hero saw in his vision to search for evidence of treason of Robert the First and to end the tyranny of Northridge and the threat of assassination.

After the group had successfully entered Northridge caste, Hero and the group discovered a secret ledger with details of Northridge's illegal activities as Boris had described. It was an easy break-in because Betty had an easy descriptive map of Northridge castle and where the guards were at a given time. She used her fog mist to surround the castle and with some sleeping spells to it, the confused guards before they could even spot that they were under attack had fallen to the ground asleep. From Hero’s vision, we had all the time to search for evidence however, what was not accounted for was a formidable mage suddenly appearing in the entrance hallway as we casually walked to take our leave.

The tall man was in a red hooded clock holding a walking stick with a dragon head on it. Betty underestimated him, she covered the hall with a cloudy fog in such a way she created mirage imagery of herself multiplied into ten, and all ten of them surrounded him and straightway thrust their sword towards him however he was more powerful than we thought. From where he stood, He lifted his hand and Betty discovered her body being under control forcing her to fall on her knees with her face kissing the ground.

Eliot jumped into the air and swung his sword vertically descending at him but Eliot discovered his body hanged in the air, his bones breaking and his body violently swooped through and crashed against the cobbled ground.

Samson vanished with his ninja speed thrusting his short blade but we all watch how this mage without moving from the spot he was standing blood controlled Samson forcing him to thrust his dagger into his neck. Samson fell to his death. While we screamed, Betty urged Hero to run to the princess. From where the mage stood, he stretched his hand at Hero's neck blood controlling him lifting from the ground to the air however Hero did the same griping the mage's neck. Then he knew Hero was a rare blood mage. Betty used her fog to cloud the visibility using her ice to create shard thorns which pierced him giving Hero to break free and run out of the castle with the evidence. . Sam was killed in the process of a fight, and Betty was captured. These expert assassins from Northridge under the mage pursued Hero, but he managed to get away using his blood mage. Hero escaped with the hope of delivering the ledger to Princess Elena, and the group would be saved but the blood mage who is he?.

She wants Hero to save her and she mentions that the Lady of the Lost was coming for her at her birthday party and anyone who would save her on her birthday. She would ask the king to allow her to marry that person and Hero was now capable of magic and sword mastery.

A banquet badge was given to him to attend the party. Hero knew that since Sam was killed. Northridge would have known by now that the princess and her band were involved in the raiding of Northridge castle. The party was the most dangerous place to be for him right now as they were looking for the ledger however she was in danger.

He hid the ledger which contained names of corrupt lords and their gang routes, kingdom-wide as well as other kingdoms participating in child slavery mining magic stone which is sold to mage academy and others in need, and that money was used to build his army. He hid it in the tortoiseshell and told him to give it to the princess in secret.

Hero knowing fully well of the risk attended the party on the finest Tunis however he was out of place. Students and sons and daughters of high nobles attended and made fun of him and accused him of stealing the Tunis. He noticed the strange movement of the palace guards. The poison had killed Hero in the carriage. Jefferson's men dragged Hero's body to one of Northridge's dungeon hideouts to search for the ledger. They were sure he was dead however Neo had transmigrated into Hero's body in the dungeon mine.
