“I know this is hard to believe, but I know you’re going to understand everything. Yes, you must spend

that money but there are rules.” Albert said.

The glass door just opened, and a beautiful woman showed up. Liam was so stunned to speak.

“Thank you, Doctor Albert. I can talk to him right now.” the woman said.

“Sure thing, Althea. Just explain everything to him and I need to see the other patients.” Albert smiled

and left.

Althea just took a very deep breath. She was carrying papers. Her beauty amazed him too much. Megan

is pretty, but Althea’s beauty is very rare and unique.

“How are you feeling?” she asked him.

Liam shrugged his shoulder.

“I don’t know. I am getting furious. The doctor... he says you were the one who took me here?” he

asked.

Althea just sighed and took a very deep breath.

“Yes, he was right. You’re part of the tycoon game. And I bet you know about being a tycoon? You need

to be a tycoon in order for you to win.” she answered.

Liam was so shocked. Looking at her, he wouldn’t probably have seen her at the university. She doesn’t

even look like a student nor an instructor.

“Wait, what do you mean?” he asked.

“This is a game, Mr. Flyn. The CEO of this game and everything is looking for a perfect heir and you’re

chosen to play this role.” she said.

Liam thought this wouldn’t happen.

“Wait, I don’t know what you are talking about. You chose me to play this role game without asking my

consent?” He’s mad already.

“Yes, and I don’t need your permission because I know you also need this. This would save you from

being bullied and downed, Liam.” Althea said.

Liam suddenly thought about it.

“You don’t seem to be a student or an instructor. I am the delivery staff there and I haven't seen you

even once. You don’t even look so familiar to me.” he said.

That made Althea to laugh at him.

“You are so funny. I was glad I picked you.” she smirked.

Althea just grabbed something, and a laptop just showed up and a table as well. Liam was so surprised

where did it came from. He feels like everything inside is very hi-tech.

“This would help.” she mumbled.

“Good day, mister Liam Flyn. You are chosen to cooperate in this game. First thing to do, you only need

to spend your one million dollars in three days. But spending the money has rules and Althea is going to

explain it to you. After that, we are going to decide another task for you. This isn’t just a game, this

would help you discover what you want in your life. If you succeed in every tasks, you will not just win as

an heir, but we are going to help you make your wish come true as well. So, what is your wish?” an

automated system voice asked.

Liam extended his surprise and closed his eyes when they mentioned his wish. He has only one wish and

he never talked about it, even Megan.

“My wish... I only have one wish since I was a kid.” he blurted.

Athea sensed he looked so sad.

“What is it?” she asked him.

“I want to see my family.” he looked away.

Althea nodded.

“Your family? Why? Where are they?” she asked him.

Liam just smiled bitterly and took a very deep breath.

“I don’t know. I grew up in a shelter.” he said.

Athea felt so bad when she heard about that. Liam looked at her curiously and scoffed.

“Wait, I thought you all knew about me?” he asked.

Athea just nodded and took a deep breath.

“Basically, yes, but about your personal lives. We couldn’t investigate that thing. It’s kind of a

confidential thing. Besides, you’re the first one who had a wish like that.” she smirked.

“What do you mean?” he asked.

Althea just shut down the system voice and took a deep sigh.

“Well, all of them wished to be rich forever. They never wished about their family or health. I am so

impressed by you. And I know you’re going to win this game.” she smirked.

Liam just closed his eyes. He still couldn’t move on about it.

“What is this game all about? And how come you had a lot of money for us to spend?” he asked.

Althea just shrugged his shoulder.

“I don’t know either as long as I know the CEO is also profiting from this.” she answered.

Liam just understands that he was wasting his money not to get bored. Liam just figured out something.

Every time she talks, her eyes lit up with a light.

“Althea, are you a robot?” he asked.

“No, I am not. If you based it with my eyes, you’re basically wrong. I had eye surgery before and my eyes

right now aren’t real eyes that’s why.” she explained.

That made him nod. He thought she’s a system as well.

“About the rules in spending your money, you should just spend your money wisely. I bet you know

what I mean.” she grinned.

“Wisely? Just use the money in buying good things?” he asked.

Althea nodded and explained furthermore.

“Yes, because you can be eliminated after three warnings if you used your money in bad deeds, like

paying a woman or somebody to kill somebody.” she said.

Liam just took a deep breath. He wouldn’t do that.

“I am not like that.” he scoffed.

“So, what are you going to buy first?” she asked him.

Liam has trouble thinking about it.

“I don’t know. It’s my first time to have a money that much, and I don’t know where to spend it.” he

took a deep sigh.

“Well, how about a house and lot? That’s wise thinking.” she asked.

Liam looked at her curiously and chuckled.

“Brilliant! You’re right. The first things to buy are the important ones. I need to buy a house and lot, cars,

some other properties. And lastly, I would use my remaining money to get my revenge.” he mumbled

and closed his fists.

Althea already knows what he means.

“I know what you’re thinking, and I think you’re right about it. You should let them see who you are. But

that is against the rules.” Althea smirked.

“Oh, right. Ugh!” he really wants to get his revenge.

Althea just sat beside him, and he could smell her fruity perfume.

“If you want to get your revenge, earn it. Do not use your money directly.” she winked at him.

Liam suddenly thought about something thanks to her.

“Yeah, I will make them pay for what they did to me. Megan, I am going to make sure she’s going to

regret what she did to me. I know she wants to come back to me, but if that happens, I am not going to

take her back.” he sneered.

Althea just sighed and asked him to get changed with the clothes they just gave to her.

“Now, are you ready for your first task?” she smirked.
