CHAPTER 037

Alphonse drove to his mansion at 60kmph in his blood red Ferrari.

He had decided to slow down after seeing Peter’s constant plight and relenting. He didn’t really like going so slow, it was reminiscent of how he always felt restricted by his love all those years.

He made a few turns, his mind occupied then he heard a fake cough from Peter. He gave Peter a quick glance, encouraging him to talk.

“Master, about what happened at the Fischer household…”

“They are all idiots, don’t bother. Is there any legal action they can take against us?”

“None that I know of, but they are full of surprises. A jack-in-the-box full of snakes, you might say.”

“You should be poetic more often, Peter. You could probably have competed with Shakespeare.” Alphonse joked, his expression amused.

“You flatter me Master.”

“Yeah, why do you call me Master anyway?”
