The cars lined up in front of the hall and she was waiting for her assistant to show up. A knock rapped on the window of Mayor Carla Harris’s car and her head was raised up from the phone she was on. Alphonse was enjoying his breakfast and morning coffee some few days after the interview incident when trouble as usual came knocking on his doorstep.
