Ashley's gaze was fixed on Ruby as she walked closer to them. Ruby decided to visit her sister Melissa after work.She wanted to be comforted with the presence of her sister and also be sure Veronica hasn't messed with them yet. Despite looking strong in front of Veronica, Ruby was deeply concerned about Veronica's threats and she knows very well that there is nothing she can't do. As she arrived at Melissa's house, Ruby was greeted with a warm smile and a questioning gaze from Melissa "Bad day at work?" In the morning,the sunlight reflected through the bus window, casting a faint glow on Ruby's face. Her eyes slowly opened as she raised her hand to shield her face from it.“Can you close the windows?” She asked as she wiped her face but she got no reply,so she staggered out of bed to close the window entirely and also put down the curtains “That woke me up” she said to herself.
