THE LEGEND OF HARRY

CHAPTER 7

Harry then started picking up the flowers he told his mother he would bring home. After gathering a lot of flowers, he wanted to return home. But something made a sound.

"Who's there?" He asked.

But there was no response. He took another step, and heard something shaking some branches of leaves. He then walked closer, to the direction of were the noise was emanating from.

Getting closer, he saw a big beautiful mystical egg shaking in front of him.

He was very scared and wanted to run away. But he couldn't because of it's beauty. He started thinking of what could possibly be inside such an enormous egg.

'Could it be a snake, a giant bird?' Harry thought.

He just touched the egg, and all of a sudden it started cracking fastly as if it was waiting for him this whole time.

Harry fell to the ground and was very scared of looking at the hatched egg.

It came to Harry, rubbing him slowly. Harry opened his eyes and saw a beautiful baby Dragon.

The dragon kept staring at Harry. Harry was getting late and wanted to return the flowers he told his mother he would bring back home.

"Hey baby dragon you stay right where you are and I'll be right back okay?" Harry said looking at the dragon.

Harry took a step and it followed, he took another step and It followed Harry again.

"I have to go baby dragon I'll be back in a minute, I don't want my mother to get worried about me." Harry said.

He spoke long and the dragon kept looking at him. The dragon understood every single word Harry had being saying. Few minutes later, the dragon went back to where it was hatched and it hid itself.

Harry was astonished with the dragon's reaction. He went back to where the dragon was and dropped something he was eating along the way for it to eat. And returned home as fast as he could.

"Mother, I'm home." Harry called.

"Oh son, where on earth have you been, you got me worried?" Allie asked

"I'm sorry mother it took a lot of time to find those flowers mother." Harry replied.

"Well then get ready for dinner okay?" Allie said to her son.

"Yes mother I will." Harry replied.

Harry's mind was at the wood's thinking about the dragon found.

"Nora told me she would be back on time, but she hasn't returned home." Allie said to her son.

But Harry wasn't paying any attention at all. Allie kept talking into spin air.

"Harry are you listening to me?" She asked.

"Yes mother." He replied.

Few minutes later, Nora returned back home and she was very tired due to her daily job.

"Welcome home aunt." Harry said.

"Oh thank you Harry." Nora replied.

She gave Harry a kiss on his forehead, ready to eat.

"Mother? I have something to check on." Harry said.

"And what is that exactly that is more important than your meal?" Allie asked.

"Would you at least eat something before leaving?" Allie asked.

Harry hurriedly started eating as fast as he could.

"Would you slow down a bit?" Allie asked.

But before she could say that, Harry was done eating.

"Love you mother, love you aunt." He kissed both of them quickly and ran outside.

Allie and Nora were both speachless.

Harry ran back to the woods where the dragon was and saw that the dragon was no longer there.

"Where are you baby dragon?" Harry shouted.

Harry kept calling and shouting, not knowing the dragon was at the same place it hatched.

The dragon was a mystical dragon, it could turn invisible and no one would see it. As it heard Harry's voice, it appeared behind Harry.

"I I'm here." The dragon replied.

Harry turned back to see the baby dragon and was astonished that the dragon just spoke to him.

"You can talk?" Harry asked and fainted.

The dragon watched Harry for the night.

That night, Harry later woke and saw the dragon starring at him.

"Why didn't you tell me you could talk?" Harry asked.

"I didn't say I couldn't speak you assumed I didn't." The dragon said.

'Oh my goodness it just spoke to me again.' Harry said in his mind.

"Do you have a name?" Harry asked.

"No I don't, I'm waiting for you to give me one." The baby dragon replied smiling at Harry.

"Really?" Harry asked.

"Okay I'm going to name you... Folkar." Harry said.

Doing that, the dragon sparkled and became Harry's dragon. And since then Harry started taking care of a rare thing no man has ever set their eyes on.

The dragon grew very fast and In time, the dragon started flying.

At the kingdom of Eligor, king Atticus has searched every single place just to find the item he has been looking for.

He then remembered that, he saw something that looks magical in a village. But he couldn't figure out exactly where he saw that.

He kept thinking until his mind flashes back, that he tried shooting a woman on a horse with his bows, but his arrows diverted suddenly. He knows he never misses his target against anything.

He became very suspicious that what he was looking for this whole time, was right in front of him twenty years ago.

Few days later, Harry started feeling strange with his body, he knew something was wrong with him but he still went to the woods alone waiting for Folkar

While waiting, he saw this beautiful lady running from afar. He was carried away by her beauty and never knew the reason why she was running.

Harry saw twenty men chasing after this beautiful girl. He ran after them as fast as he could.

The girl couldn't run any further. She fell to the ground and fainted. One of the leader took out his sword to kill her.

"Stop!" Harry shouted.

"And who are you?" The leader asked.

"Don't kill her please. You can take whatever you want, but don't kill her. Harry walked slowly and stood in front of her begging the men.

"You want us to take whatever we want huh? Why don't I kill you first?" The leader smiled.

"Please don't kill me." Harry said sadly.

The Leader raised his sword angrily with all his energy to kill Harry. Harry did nothing but covered his face.

The men's leader bounced back with force and landed on the ground dead. Harry was surprised with what happened. The rest of the men tried to attack Harry, but he shouted at them.

"Stop!"

They stopped, looking at Harry if he was going to do something bad to them just like their leader. They rushed towards Harry and wanted to cut him in pieces. He did the same thing covering his face and all the men surffered the same faith their leader passed through, landing heavily on the ground.

Harry started wondering if he was the one doing such thing.

He looked around to see if Folkar was responsible for what just happened. But the dragon never came. Harry then carried the girl back home.

"Mother? She needs help." Harry said.

"Harry? Where on earth have you been to? And who is she?" Allie asked.

"I found her running away from some dangerous men mother, they wanted to kill her but I saved her mother." Harry replied.

"You did what?" Allie asked angrily.

"I think I have magic powers mother." Harry replied.

"Magic powers, have you gone mad? Harry what on earth are talking about, have you seen anyone with magic before? Allie asked.

"But mother, those men wanted to kill me and I just sort of did it." Harry said.

"Are telling me you risked your life all because of this girl? Someone you know nothing about." Allie shouted.

"What if she was a thief and that was the reason she was being chased?" Allie asked angrily.

"But I couldn't just let them kill her." Harry said.

"Oh you risked your life saving a thief right?" Allie asked angrily.

"You should have seen the way it happened mother." Harry said.

"Hit me mother? But don't hit me too hard otherwise you are going to be the one hurting yourself." Harry said.

"Oh you want me to hit you?" Allie asked angrily.

She landed a heavy stick at Harry while he tried to defend himself the same way he did at the woods. But Allie's stick landed heavily on him.

"Ouch, that hurts mother." Harry shouted.

"Was that how you saved a thief, answer me Harry?" Allie asked angrily.

"Look at what I did to you, Harry." Allie said.

"Is this how you want to get yourself killed?" Allie asked.

"But mother I really did something terrible to those men." Harry replied.

"I don't care about what happened to any of those men you telling me about. Wait are minute, are you lying to me son?" Allie asked.

"Were you out drinking with this girl to the point she doesn't know where she is right now?" Allie asked.
