Clark woke up flustered. Memories of what happened in the wee hours flashed through his mind and his stomach flipped.
His chest tightened as he wanted to brawl his eyes out. He gazed at Dahlia who was fast asleep beside him. Elizabeth waggled into their room with her lips curling up into a smile. She didn't know that they were more than friends and felt delighted about it. "Sorry, it's not actually what you think it is," Clark stuttered facing Elizabeth who brought in a meal of lamb fries. "Hey Mom," Dahlia yawned groggily and checked the time to see it was already morning. Clark had been there all night and she couldn't help but flash a perfect smile. "Yes daughter, just enjoy yourself and don't let me interrupt," Elizabeth giggled as she dropped the plate of lamb fries and waggled out of their room. "I guess you are my new prince charming boyfriend," Dahlia's lips stuck out playfully as she chuckled gleefully while Clark shook his head while clicking his tongue in repugnance. He knew now wasn't the perfect time to tell her what he had planned to do and he had to think about another time. He joined her as they both feasted on the plate filled with lamb fries and he mulled over his fate as the reincarnated dragon Master... 30 Years Ago Dragon master stiffened, determined for his task. "Are you sure you are ready for this dear?" Vivian fluttered her eyelashes. "Of course," Dragon master stroked his chin as he kissed her lips. "He hems!" Storm Bender feigned a cough as he entered with Frozen Claws, Biggie and Crimson Arrow. "Ooh come off it you guys," Dragon Master finished with a bout of laughter. "Alright then. Now that you are almost done with picking the full eighty shards to fully awaken in your supreme shadow state, we are very close to achieving victory," Storm Bender summoned his hammer as he spoke. "Ooh, of course. I can sense the remaining five and they are nearby surrounded by shadow beasts, hundreds of them," Dragon master stiffened as his eyes glossed with dragon aura. "Alright then, let's do some killings," Frozen claws sharpened her claws together as she breathed an icy aura from her mouth. "Alright then, to our success in protecting humanity," Vivian said and a large supernatural portal opened succinctly and they all entered... The scenario was a dread one as the shadow beasts leapt after them all when they all arrived. Dragon master was prepared as he darted a massive amount of dragon aura to clear as many shadow beasts as he could while he used his supernal speed and strength to deal with the rest. "Do you have direct knowledge about the whereabouts of the remaining five shards?" Storm Bender kept his right brow up as he stroked one of the shadow beasts killing it instantly with his hammer. "Not that am trying to gnaw you, big brother," Storm Bender chuckled inwardly as he charged at another shadow beast. "I can't be gnawed, you should know that," Dragon Master breathed out dragon aura from his nostrils. He knew that since he had almost gotten all the shards inside him, he was almost at full strength and had started emitting some direct full qualities of the full dragon. Frozen claws converted her freezing aura to a Sharp icy blade and stabbed as many shadow beasts as she could using her supernatural speed and strength. One of the shadow beasts attempted to attack frozen Claws from behind but Vivian darted her ultraviolet light purple shadow aura at them destroying them succinctly. "Thanks, Vivian," An amicable smile emitted from Frozen Claws' lips. "Don't mention," Vivian shot an amicable piercing gaze in the form of a broad smile. Biggie had converted into his full state of a huge shadow appearance and was destroying as many shadow beasts as he could, while Crimson arrow in his black hood, and also in his shadow appearance, shot piercing shadow arrows to destroy as many as he could. He was too swift as he used his supernatural speed. Dragon master caught the last of the shadow beats that served as a threat holding him in his neck and snapped it languidly. "Finally," His throat choked with emotions that made him gurgle. He let out a low puff as he was led to where the shards were kept packed them all and placed them on his chest till they all went into him after emitting a dragon aura. "How do feel now?" Vivian jerked her eyes in curiosity. "I feel complete," Dragon Master growled in a raspy manner as he was already transforming to his full dragon state. He did so and he fluttered his wings as his amethyst eyes glowed. "Alright then. Let's go finish this by meeting Dad," Frozen Claws said as they all hopped on him and he flew carrying them all away..... Present Day Frozen claws waggled around the lounge room in their family mansion in a panicky manner. "Calm down sister, he would be back soon," Storm Bender assured. He sat close to Vivian who was lost in thought and looked like her heart had shattered into pieces. "No, that's not the case. He hasn't even started retaining all his lost shards, remember they would scatter across the city, that's the way he can fully gain all his lost memories and get his full powers," Frozen Claws massaged her temples in a calculative manner. "Of course, just be patient," Storm Bender finished with a bout of a heavy sigh. "Alright then, if you say so," In a blur of shock, Clark waltzed into their presence through a portal opening that he opened perfectly. "Big brother, where have you been," Storm Bender fluttered his eyelashes in curiosity as the all rose startled. "Ooh, have been good. I came here because I sense something very strong in this place," Clark mused as his heart beat with fear and anxiety. "Of course, you would be led here because you have a supernatural connection with all of us, so you had to trace us here," Vivian retorted looking bewildered. "No, that's not it, you have to understand that apart from that, I also think I can sense five of the shards I am to retain to gain my powers back," Clark stiffened as their incredulous expression mirrored his own flustering words that had evaded his lips...A state of anxiety rippled through the air as everyone's jaw dropped. "Big brother, are you telling us you can sense some of the shards here and right now?" Storm Bender raised his right brow flustered and in curiosity. "Yes, it's here somewhere, five of them, it's so strong and I can sense it," Clark's dewy sensitive eyes popped open in a scrutinizing manner. Vivian's eyes popped open in astonishment as she waggled close towards Clark in a concerning manner. "Okay big brother, lead us to it then and find your shards," Frozen Claw's eyes twitched in curiosity. "Of course," Clark's eyes glowed a red aura and it flickered. He knew his aura was kicking in and he could attempt to try and sense the shards once and for all. A chill hurtled down his spine as he moved with his supernatural speed towards the large picture on the wall to remove it with his supernatural strength. "I mean it makes a lot of sense since it's a normal occurrence. After reincarnation, his shards usually appear
30 Years Ago, Shadow World Electro sat on his royal golden throne, at his royal palace, where his immediate younger brother, Tide Rider and the rest royal shadow lords were present including the Dragon master and his siblings. He honed in his intense eyes at Dampude and Elizarb who were being estranged as they were bound by the Cacorah, a magical tool used to suppress the powers of a shadow lord. "You would betray us, your people for those sinister creatures known as the shadow monsters," Electro seethed through clenched teeth as he balled his fist, sensing a wave of fury rising within him. The nagging feeling at the back of Electro's head questioned him. "Of course, Zemas, the head of the shadow beasts fights for a just cause and it would be right to support him since the humans have all despised all and showed us no regard," Dampude croaked out. The Cacorah had weakened him and he felt giddy. He knew he couldn't summon any of his shadow aura at all. "I'm ashamed of you. You c
Vivian trudged quietly along the woods stalking Clark who was going to visit Dahlia. She did not know Dahlia and was just seeing her for the first time, so she hid in the woods, far away while she sobbed throatily feeling heartbroken. "Hey dear, I have missed you. I would love to treat you to a nice dinner," Dahlia enthused as she gleefully opened the door of her apartment and kissed Clark right in front of Vivian's eyes, where Vivian watched out of their sight. "Ooh, of course, I came here to see you," Clark stuttered. "Alright then, come in," Dahlia winked and they both got into her apartment. Vivian felt her whole life flashed before her because she couldn't know how she could present the issue that Clark was the father of her dead and yet-to-be reincarnated children. Vivian waggled through the woods far away from where she saw Clark and was filled with sadistic emotions till she halted at a rumbling noise. She knew someone was around and probably thought it was a shadow beas
Storm Bender and Frozen Claws jaws dropped and Vivian waggled up and down the lounge room as she allowed her shocking words to sink deeply into them. "You can't be serious?" Frozen Claws began as she appeared flustered with her eyes popped open in astonishment. "That's what he said, he showed me. I can share it with you, those same prophecies, they were real," Vivian said as she projected a tad of her purple ultraviolet shadow aura into the atmosphere Storm Bender and Frozen Claws could sense through it and perceive that the prophecy was real. "But how can this be?" Storm Bender stuttered almost dumbstruck. "That's what I don't also understand. I mean that's why I had to tell you guys. His parents weren't royals before their execution, so there was no way they could have access to the powers of prophecy since it's restricted for royals," Vivian mused. "Except they stole the ancient magical instruments that were meant in royal possession," Frozen Claws muttered. "Come again sis, y
Omaha City, Nebraska State It was noon, and the moon was waxing crescent in Simmon Street, Omaha City, Nebraska State. Clark had just finished his meal of Cornish hen with wild rice and carrots. He waggled outside of his cottage which was situated in an area abridged of people inhabiting the streets. He gazed at the dark woods before him and heard the wood ring with shrill cries of the birds that hovered around. A huge grin appeared on his face because he knew that they were bats cowering away from the scene because of his presence. All of a sudden, his eyes twitched in terror at the horrendous figure that was before him and he cringed in fear. His heart pounded in distress as he began to weigh the nefarious creature. "Ooh my gosh!" He flinched backwards in fear as he headed to pick up the broom that lay at a designated area on the porch of the house. The giant lizard-like creature waggled around, squinting at him dreadfully. He suddenly had a clearer view of the creature and n
Clark laid on his bed in his bedroom, asleep and a deep furrow appeared on his forehead while he slept. He was indeed having a dreadful nightmare of the exact memories that Storm Bender had shared with him. He stood and watched how everything played out like a movie. He observed that he was indeed in another world and he felt giddy. "Dad!" He saw himself in the dream in his supernatural form, like his siblings, only that he had the abilities of a dragon, as he gazed at how he transformed back from dragon to human after he had immediately fluttered his large wings. He was appalled and used his hands to stifle a shriek to control himself from clamouring to be heard in his dream about the past that happened. "Dad!" His dream version of himself yelled facing an average-sized man who was like him in his supernatural form. "Son, you have to lead the rest of the Shadow masters. I can try and shut the two shadow worlds and stop your mom and the rest beings," His Dad retorted, holding tw
They waggled towards Clark's side and he gave them heated stares as they came towards him. He suddenly appeared viscerally revolting because he remembered that he had warned them in the past not to see him anymore. "What the hell do you want from me!" He simmered with anger as they finally stood aloof from him. "We want no conflict big brother. We are simply here to explain things to you and introduce you to someone new," Frozen Claws announced bringing forward Vivian. A heavy smile emitted from Vivian's lips as she waggled closer to Clark. Clark was fascinated by her beauty and stood like a dumb landpost for a while, enthralled by her beauty. "Shadow Master, it's you, after all these years," Vivian enthused. "You know who I am?" Clark's brows creased in curiosity with a blank look. "Of course, I do, Shadow master. You are indeed a legend," Vivian retorted. Clark looked more hoodwinked than before. He knew that his past seemed to be more bewildering. "What the hell! Then who
"Jeez! Your place looks too grungy!" Joshua croaked out as he scrutinized Clark's house which looked too scruffy. "Yeah, I haven't cleaned it today. But that's not the main point. We are talking about Dahlia, the lady I told you I met today," Clark protested as they both sat down opposite each other on the armchair in his sitting room. "Ooh, and so what's wrong? You said she was pretty, so what's the problem," Joshua replied indifferently. "No, am talking about the fact that I am going to try and convince her to leave the city since she just arrived with her mom," Clark clenched his teeth. "What! No way! What's wrong with the city!" Joshua protested gritting his teeth. "Monsters and other supernatural creatures. They all exist, and I have encountered them," Clark said as he cupped his palm effusively. "That's not true. You need to learn to filter rumours. I mean it could be a new species of animals and that's what everyone is calling monsters. Thank goodness I came to investigate
