"Wow, that's progress. That's exactly what happened big brother, you saved us all," Frozen Claws shot an amicable piercing gaze at Clark that made him feel more assured of his safety with them.
"Yes, basically, after dying we were supposed to reincarnate, but you use your dragon aura to reincarnate us all to the future and we are still waiting for the reincarnation of our rest two siblings, Biggie and Crimson Arrow," Storm Bender fluttered his eyes lashes as he explained. "So literally we were from the past and now we came to live in the future which is the present now, but that's not relevant because when we reincarnated into this time, our present selves haven't reincarnated yet, so we can substitute for our present self through the means of reincarnation," Vivian explained when she noticed that Dragon Master was already looking lost. "We all owe it to Dad to be victorious because he had to sacrifice himself when he shut the worlds thereby capturing many shadow beasts he could all of them, Zemas, especially Terrox, the head of the shadow masters in the evil dimension," Frozen Claws retorted. "Ooh, Okay I understand now, but why is it that you still call me big brother when we were all birthed on the same day?" Clark's face beamed with curiosity as a pang of inquisitiveness washed over him. "That's because we were all born on the same day but you came out first," Storm Bender explained. "But it's not like triplets or octuplets. We are supernatural beings and that's why our case is just different," Frozen Claws retorted again. "Alright, I understand now," Clark resolved. "But regarding Benovio I understood the memory about what happened," Clark said. "Yes about that, they are six in number as siblings. Their Dad, Dampude and their mom Elizarb went astray and supported the shadow beast, so they were punished and killed to never reincarnate since it was freewill unlike our mother who was controlled by Zemas," Storm Bender said effusively. "So, they followed in his footsteps, and somehow they weren't allowed to be killed immediately because their pains were understood since they were avenging their father's death," Frozen Claws said. "So, now you see how dangerous it would be for you to trust Benovio," Storm Bender warned. An unfamiliar rumble poured out in Clark's chest because of the churned-up emotions has he tested all the words that have been spoken and has they all bubbled tempestuously in his heart? The snarls of the shadow beasts roared and echoed in the sitting room they were all in and Clark's tanned face turned a rudy red in fear. "Seems like we have company, and it's Benovio. I can sense him supernaturally. He came with his underlings, the shadow beasts, that's shadow warriors of the evil dimensions," Storm Bender's grip tightened on the curtain that he used to glance outside afterwards. Clark managed to hobble towards the entrance of the exposed curtain to confirm the tenable reality for himself and shuddered, gulping his spit and flinching backwards in fear "It's okay big brother, we are going to protect you," Storm Bender said and they all waggled outside to meet the crowd. Supernatural portals opened and several shadow warriors appeared before them to pay homage and defend them. "Aren't these Shadow Warriors?" Clark recognised them based on the memories that had been unravelled to him. "Yes, big brother. Since we are top royals, they would defend us anywhere we stand," Frozen Claws retorted with a smile. The sound of the growls of the shadow beasts throbbed through the atmosphere as they all got ready to attack. Benovio, Circe and Sacorah appeared from their supernatural portal and Benovio had a huge sly grin on his face. "Very well. Behold the return of the perfidious malcontents!" Frozen Claws Japed. "Ooh trust me Frozen Claws, the feeling is mutual and I have missed the brawls," Benovio rumbled with a sinister glint on his face. Circe battered her eyelashes, ennui about the conversation and impatient for conflict. "Come on Circe, you of all people should know that your parents were all on a wrong path and so were you all," Vivian remarked facing Circe with a stern expression. "Am feeling ennui about all these nosy ponies and hogwash," Circe feigned indifference to the threat she felt because of the tad fear she felt. Sarah looked callously towards Clark and smiled and then clenched his teeth when his mood swung. "It makes no difference that the entire secret has been unravelled to Clark. Take a look around, the humans are minimal and it's only a matter of time before the city is whittled of humans and completely free of them and then the battle against humanity would be won once and for all," Benovio gurgled, massaging his temples. "Ooh? That's what you think. Well, we shall see," Storm Bender said fiddling with his hammer in preparation for a serious fight. Clark cast a glance at the shadow warriors that stood before them and could see that they were limited. They had charged forward to the shadow beasts and were successful at destroying most of them. Benovio saw this and cast a sinister glint on his face. He placed his hands on the floor and turned to the statue and gradually trudged on towards where they stood and they turned to the statue. Circe ran with her supernatural speed to send an air surge towards the rest making them retreat forcefully while Sacorah transformed into his shadow self by getting bigger and pounced on the rest of the shadow beast one after the other. Frozen Claws saw this and started darting her frozen shadow aura at the remnant of Shadow beasts present from her cupped hands, sporadically. Clark winced away in a corner watching everything happen. "Give it up Benovio, it's just you against us and it's going to be very sturdy for you to think you can stand a chance against me and the top royals," Vivian caveated after darting her purple ultraviolet shadow aura destroying the remnants of the shadow beasts leaving just Benovio, Circe and Sacorah standing. "And why not? After all, we are technically on the same level as just a royal except that you all are top royals, except Vivian," Benovio replied in a gnarly tone. "You know what your parents did was negatively capricious, so what else were you expecting?" Frozen Claws retorted. "Well, we are going to do more capricious and sinister deeds, when we help the shadow beings under Shadow god Josea to win against the Humans," Benovio seethed through clenched teeth as he spoke. "I mean just take a look at him, he looks spooked, he can't fully be in his full power and transform to a full dragon when he hasn't gotten the complete eighty shadow dragon shards," Benovio Japed. "What the hell is he talking about?" Clark croaked in surprise at what he had just heard. "Don't worry big brother, I will explain later," Storm Bender explained and Frozen Claws held his hands to try and make him feel safer. Clark noticed her hands were sultry and he tried to adapt to it. "Yes, all his memories are going to be restored and his full powers and not even you would stand against us," Vivian retorted with unblinking courage. "Well, we shall see, I mean the odds are against you. First of all, your mother is against you, and then not to talk of Terrox, who has been captured, once he gets released you all are done," Benovio said shooting heated stares at them and his words dancing delicately on the threshold of a grotesque situation. "Ooh, don't think we don't know that you aided him and the others, well Electro captured them all with the head of the sinister shadow lord, Zemas, so there is no need to worry," Storm Bender said succinctly. "And as for our mom, you all know it was as a result of the fact that Zemas was able to distort her mind which can be inexplicable to explain and subtle to believe," Frozen Claws added. "Well, that's irrelevant, all that matters now is the fact that you all will die here now because we are going to avenge the deaths of our parents," Sacorah said as he transformed into a giant of himself in a fighting gait ready for battle. "It's irrefutable that you can't win this war, after all the Mayor and most reputable men of the city evaded the city for fear of their lives and the rest few people are just Scapegoats," Benovio smirked. "Ooh, about that, there is good news, more humans that are adamant about the situation in the city are troping in, so very soon, we will have enough humans to deal with, we just have to deal with our grievances with you all," Circe added sinisterly. The thought of Circe's words bubbled tempestuously in Clark's heart as he stumbled to think about Dahlia, her mother and his friend Joshua whose lives were in pernicious danger. "That's why we are here, to avoid all this, especially if it's going to be hosted by red-bellied Sapsuckers like you all," Storm Bender said haltingly effusive. "So, stop with all these unfruitful overlapping murmurs and lollygagging," Frozen Claws retorted. "You guys can't tell me that you don't feel contrite about the fact that Electro and Tide rider passed the obnoxious verdict over our parents. I thought you were supposed to be the righteous one, but now you all are the same as he shadows beasts, horrendous creatures committing nefarious arts," Benovio croaked out. Storm Bender clenched his teeth and darted his hammer towards their direction and it moved laced with lightning that coupled with it. Benovio was swift to counter this as he used his aura to turn to the statue on the grounds and levitated it to use as a shield while Circe used her air aura to support and storm Bender summoned his hammer back. "Enough of this," Clark yelled and a beam of dragon aura warted out of his hands towards Benovio and his siblings in astonishment, and they used their supernatural speed to vanish in a portal to evade the aura. Clark looked dishevelled and bewildered about what had occurred and then glanced at his siblings. "Am glad you got to see it for yourself at last, this is who you are, the Dragon Master," Storm Bender smiled as he observed how Clark looked more cringed in fear about what he had done fortuitously...The supernatural portal opened at the flashy mansion, and Benovio and his siblings appeared still amused about the event. "Everything you uttered to us about Dragon Master was all fibberies, hogwash and nosy ponies," Circe croaked out, casting a heated stare at Benovio who appeared to look contritely in his expression. "Well... I thought that was the case," Benovio stuttered. "Hey big sis, don't talk to a big brother like that," Sarah blurted out indignantly. Circe shot heated stares at Sacorah because of his show of indignation but was then reminded of the tenable audacity she had shown to Benovio in his presence and resolved. "Enough of this right now, we don't have time to fight amongst ourselves but to ponder a way to deal with this matter," Benovio retorted. "If Dragon master has his dragon aura even without transforming into a dragon, it means he has remembered half of his memories," Benovio mused. "That's inerrant," Sacorah announced in a musing manner. "It simply means
500 Years Ago Omaha City Dragon Master waltzed away from the presence of Frozen Claws as he watched her scoff and felt irksome about it. "Come on big brother, she is going to be here any minute. You can't keep on denying your feelings about Vivian. I mean she is also a royal, even though not a top royal, since her mother is also one," Frozen Claws teased. "I mean, even though Storm Bender, Biggie and Crimson Arrow aren't present at the moment because of their shadow duty, I can load them with news about what happens after," Frozen Claws giggled. "Well, what do I say to her?" Dragon Master massaged his temples and whacked off his mind. "Just be intentional about it and let it be genuine, remember you called for her," Frozen Claws retorted. "She has arrived," Frozen Claws announced as Vivian waggled into the entrance of their family mansion. "Just do better than hiding your feelings," Frozen Claws gave Dragon Master a nudge before she went to hug Vivian and then exited the mansio
"Come on what's wrong with whatever happened?" Joshua giggled callously and Clark's ears pricked back, as his eyes popped open in astonishment. Joshua gurgled with delight and it nauseated Clark who found it to be a grotesque act and felt Joshua was acting fortuitously. "The shadow beasts!" Clark's voice cracked as he spoke. He felt everything that every single appalling word that came out from Joshua was a sick twisted joke. His heart has fallen to a sudden state of despair as he calculates how he is going to convince Joshua to change his point of view. "Ooh you mean those Nordic beings? They are supernatural beings. Of course that has been confirmed but one thing is for sure, there are no shadow beasts in existence," Joshua fluttered his eyelashes. "What the hell! Nordic beings. But when they appeared, you couldn't control the spasming fear in your body," Clark huffed. "Yes, of course, that's simply because I was meeting them for the first time. Right now, that's not the case,
Clark's heart thudded in his chest as he strode towards Dahlia's house. Even though he wasn't sure about her house, he felt he could easily locate either her house or Dahlia herself on the way, because of the way the city had been whittled of people. He recalled the story that Joshua told him about the mayor evading the city alongside some people. He stroked his chin as he reminisced about it, wondering how it wasn't enough to convince Joshua to leave the city. Three Years Ago Mayor Orson Esher stood at the podium at the city hall to deliver his presumed last speech before resigning. His heart thudded dangerously against his rib cage as damp sweat trickled down his skin. He had an encounter with the shadow beasts recently and was lucky to escape so he was callous to the fact that he might use some opprobrious language to express his speech. Finally, a tug of reprieve etched succinctly in his heart because he knew what he wanted to announce was very pleasing. "Please I urge you
Clark woke up flustered. Memories of what happened in the wee hours flashed through his mind and his stomach flipped. His chest tightened as he wanted to brawl his eyes out. He gazed at Dahlia who was fast asleep beside him. Elizabeth waggled into their room with her lips curling up into a smile. She didn't know that they were more than friends and felt delighted about it. "Sorry, it's not actually what you think it is," Clark stuttered facing Elizabeth who brought in a meal of lamb fries. "Hey Mom," Dahlia yawned groggily and checked the time to see it was already morning. Clark had been there all night and she couldn't help but flash a perfect smile. "Yes daughter, just enjoy yourself and don't let me interrupt," Elizabeth giggled as she dropped the plate of lamb fries and waggled out of their room. "I guess you are my new prince charming boyfriend," Dahlia's lips stuck out playfully as she chuckled gleefully while Clark shook his head while clicking his tongue in repugnance.
A state of anxiety rippled through the air as everyone's jaw dropped. "Big brother, are you telling us you can sense some of the shards here and right now?" Storm Bender raised his right brow flustered and in curiosity. "Yes, it's here somewhere, five of them, it's so strong and I can sense it," Clark's dewy sensitive eyes popped open in a scrutinizing manner. Vivian's eyes popped open in astonishment as she waggled close towards Clark in a concerning manner. "Okay big brother, lead us to it then and find your shards," Frozen Claw's eyes twitched in curiosity. "Of course," Clark's eyes glowed a red aura and it flickered. He knew his aura was kicking in and he could attempt to try and sense the shards once and for all. A chill hurtled down his spine as he moved with his supernatural speed towards the large picture on the wall to remove it with his supernatural strength. "I mean it makes a lot of sense since it's a normal occurrence. After reincarnation, his shards usually appear
30 Years Ago, Shadow World Electro sat on his royal golden throne, at his royal palace, where his immediate younger brother, Tide Rider and the rest royal shadow lords were present including the Dragon master and his siblings. He honed in his intense eyes at Dampude and Elizarb who were being estranged as they were bound by the Cacorah, a magical tool used to suppress the powers of a shadow lord. "You would betray us, your people for those sinister creatures known as the shadow monsters," Electro seethed through clenched teeth as he balled his fist, sensing a wave of fury rising within him. The nagging feeling at the back of Electro's head questioned him. "Of course, Zemas, the head of the shadow beasts fights for a just cause and it would be right to support him since the humans have all despised all and showed us no regard," Dampude croaked out. The Cacorah had weakened him and he felt giddy. He knew he couldn't summon any of his shadow aura at all. "I'm ashamed of you. You c
Vivian trudged quietly along the woods stalking Clark who was going to visit Dahlia. She did not know Dahlia and was just seeing her for the first time, so she hid in the woods, far away while she sobbed throatily feeling heartbroken. "Hey dear, I have missed you. I would love to treat you to a nice dinner," Dahlia enthused as she gleefully opened the door of her apartment and kissed Clark right in front of Vivian's eyes, where Vivian watched out of their sight. "Ooh, of course, I came here to see you," Clark stuttered. "Alright then, come in," Dahlia winked and they both got into her apartment. Vivian felt her whole life flashed before her because she couldn't know how she could present the issue that Clark was the father of her dead and yet-to-be reincarnated children. Vivian waggled through the woods far away from where she saw Clark and was filled with sadistic emotions till she halted at a rumbling noise. She knew someone was around and probably thought it was a shadow beas
