BEAUTY IS TRANSIENT
"Why did you love me?" Miss Simpson asked with a face that showed no emotion.

"I don't know," Jackson answered back. He raised his hand and scratched his hairless skull and then smiled to ease the heat from Simpson's emotionless stare at him.

"You don't know why you love me... That's strange, don't you think so?"

"Em... You are beautiful."

"You have seen more beautiful women, haven't you?.. What makes me special?"

Jackson summoned his courage and let out, "Yeah. I have seen more beautiful women, but my heart beats for you and you alone."

"Beauty is transient, what will happen to your love when my beauty fades?" Miss Simpson asked and then smiled at the speechless Jackson for what seemed like an eternity.

"I agree that I don't know why I love you, but those that matter?.. No. It's my feeling that does."
