Chapter 2 The battle line has been drawn.

When he realized what was happening, Mr. Williams decided to step in.

He screamed, "Stop!" at the madman who was angrily berating the scandalous man for robbing him and striking the man in the head with his old spoon.

"So you are taking my food and clothes, he said?"

He spilled a rotten egg he had seen on his face and said, "This beautiful pit is my house, which I am not going to share with you."

He was not prepared to let Scandalous go, Mrs. Williams yelled again, stopping.

Mr. Williams asked, "What did he do to you?"

He threw everything that was put in front of him and yelled, "Who are you to ask me a question?

"Calm down," Mr. Williams commanded, displaying bundles of cash.

"He was shocked as the insane man grabbed the money from him and fled right away."

Avoiding physical contact with the deceased Scandalous, Mr. Williams approached him and grabbed him towards his vehicle.

After bringing him to his home, he treated him.

You are free to serve as my slave, but you will not be expected to go to sleep until I tell you to.

It is evident that you will be responsible for a significant amount of work going forward.

Mr. Williams said, 'Do not worry, you will be fine.

"I am grateful, sir."

He said, joyfully, on his knees, "I promise not to disappoint you; I will do anything you want."

He gave him an order, "Now get to know work," and turned to leave.

The master's wife shouted, "Hey, come on over."

She asked, smirking while fixing him with an odd look. "You are the slave?"

That is over; you are not deserving of our servitude.

"Now pay attention."

We expect you to make our food first thing in the morning.

You have four cars to wash and one compound to completely sweep.

You also have to wash all of our clothes, as well as the clothes of my husband, myself, and my daughter, and iron them before giving them back to us.

In addition to fetching twenty gallons of water, you are supposed to feed the dogs.

She pointed to an expansive, seemingly busy garden and said, "You see that garden over there."

It needs to be cut with a blunt cutlass.

It is also expected of you to mop and clean all thirty of the rooms in this house each day.

"Thereafter, you visit the market and buy everything you require for the kitchen."

You count yourself dead if you disobey this basic directive.

If you do not want me to suffocate you with my bare hands, do not even dare steal food.

You must inform me before taking any action because you are under my authority.

"Forget about your food," I said.

I will not give you food for the time being until I see how diligent you are. She stared at him and said, "This is all for now."

Put your smelling rate to action right now. I have no idea where my husband found you.

She spit in his face, "You are disgusting me already," and turned to leave.

Still walking, she said to him, "Make sure you do not infect me with your disease."

"I could be lucky this time, who knows," she said to herself, deciding to try her luck.

Her thoughts are consumed by the debt she has accrued, which is eating her up, even though she is seated with her friends.

How come your face looks like this, baby? They said, Have you lost your prince charming or has he broken your heart?

She became even more irate after hearing various remarks from her friends. She screamed and hit the table with her hand, surprising them with the loud noise she produced.

Do you guys consider yourselves to be friends? I am not happy, and you guys are here making fun of me, which friend does that, she asked, irritated by their actions. She questioned, glaring at each individual in turn.

"You people are making fun of my situation rather than offering me comfort."

With a sultry gait akin to a "wounded lion," she declared, "I am leaving here."

Why does she seem so off? Jane answered, "If you ask me, who will I ask?" to Kate, who is the most attractive of them all.

"Lead the way before she hurts herself."

Kate instantly stood up from her seat as Jane reminded her that the last time she had behaved in this way, things had not gone well.

After thoroughly searching the entire school, they were unable to locate her, or her bag specifically. Had she committed suicide? Her rate when she left was not good.

"Kate expressed her fears occasionally, but I do not understand her."

"Why are you making such a statement? She will be fine, let us go.

Jane suggested that perhaps she went home to unwind. When she returns to school tomorrow, we will find out from her.

Kate was uncomfortable with the idea, but after slowly agreeing that what she said was the right thing to do at the right time, she overcame her desire to oppose it.

She attempted to believe that Scarlett's departure was due to the fact that she needed time and space to adjust to whatever it was she was struggling with.

With the doors closed, Scarlett continued to consider how she would pay for the supplies.

It is her friends who have not listened to her, making fun of her and telling her that it will be a bad idea, she thought, shaking her head.

She sniffed, "Everything depends on this my allowance, which I planned to use for my shopping."

A young man in his early twenties is seen yelling at a sophisticated and slender woman, whose attire suggests she is neither wealthy nor impoverished.

Are the items you have up there broken? Do you know how much this newest jeep is worth, he added, with a haughty question.

I believe I apologized. The woman interrupted, "Why are you making a big deal out of it? It was a mistake," in return.

He asked, "Are you for real?" - not sure he would ever get a response from someone.

No, a woman with nothing to offer instead of a man.

Regarding the car, you should discard it because it has no value. I must counsel you to "never look down on people, or it will be your doom."

"What a disgrace to manhood, I think your parents provide all of your needs at this old age."

What do you know? She looked up at him, saying, "You are an incapacitated human being."

The young man went completely stunned.

He was prepared for her to fall on her knees and beg for forgiveness, but instead she was insulting him with no fear or decency at all.

He is regarded as a Prince who does not put up with nonsense from people in the Palace.

None of the maids have ever ventured to look into his eyes, and they all bow their heads whenever he walks by.

When people hear the revered name "Prince Xavier," they shudder; they pay a price for not treating him with the respect he deserves—that is, "death."

He was certain that this was not reality, so seeing this woman respond to him led him to think he was dreaming.

"Hiss"

The woman with the name Benedict said, "Hey, pay attention, do not try this garbage with me the next time," without striking his chest too hard.

She murmured, "Stupid."

She gave him a long, glaring look before turning to leave.

Those who were scandalized and saw the incident were pleased with the woman's audacity.

She did well; it was scandalous to think that people like him should learn a lesson.

Initially, he felt compelled to step in and help, fearing that he might hurt her, but after observing her reaction, he decided to stay hidden and wait to see how things turned out.

Pitying his life, he hissed, remembering he had a lot of chores to complete.

Who am I to confront them, even though I wish I could? My life will be in danger if I do that. His mouth fell silent, "I know her evil daughter will be pleased because that is what she has been hoping for my demise."

He continued moving quickly to make it to Mrs. Williams's appointed time.

While traveling, he came upon an elderly woman attempting to cross the busy road by herself. He ran to her as soon as he saw her.

He held her hand protectively and said, "Mother, let me help you."

The elderly woman said, "Thank you, my son. I have been thinking of a way to cross this busy road thanks to you and right now." Her voice was trembling.
