“Of course, we already got this far. How can I bear to leave now? I'm that kind of person that can't eat or sleep if I'm curious. So, no matter what, I have to enter.”

Alex looked at him and chuckled.

“Really? Don't you know that curiosity killed the cat?”

“I'm no cat, I'm a demon.” He whispered and knocked away the hand of the smirking Alex.

“Fine then. At least, you have this big uncle to protect you. Quite lucky aren't you?” Alex whispered and walked forward holding a white silk and a dagger.

“Watch my steps carefully, so that we can sidestep the traps. Don't miss a single step because I will be too focused on the scene before me to rescue you. Do you understand?” Alex asked, and swirled the silk before him, getting rid of the illusory formation set before them.
