LURING THE TIGER

Karen looked at his watch, frowning by the second.

“Any movements yet?” He whispered, turning to his assistant.

“No, sir. No movement has been detected.”

A dark cloud fell over Karen's face as he looked at Eleanor, who was nearly losing consciousness.

She would have already been dead if not for the sacred beast meat and special herbs used to prepare food at Alex’s villa. The special herbs purified her physique and organ, strengthening them to be equivalent to that of a cultivator. If not, she would have long been dead due to the merciless torture she have been receiving for half an hour.

Karen walked to her, and grabbed her face.

“I guess you're as useless as they say. You couldn't even lure him here. I will give you one more chance, tell me where he lives and there will be a chance for negotiation.” Karen said, pinching her jaws.
