CHAPTER 2 ENCOUNTERED

10 Years later...

  A girl name Mia, was asleep, but a voice woke her up.

The unknow voice murmured, " Mia... Mia... Mia...

Mia tried to close her ears because she was really tired and wanted to continue sleeping.

The unknow voice murmured, " Mia... Mia... Mia...

  But the voice keeps calling her that is why she stands up to see who was it.

" Father?” mia ask slowly. 

 Mia thoughts her father was calling her which is why she went out of her room.

The unknow voice murmured, " Mia...

" Father? Where are you? Do you need something?” Mia was having another nightmare again in her room. 

" Mom? Is that you? Mom?” mia asked impatiently. 

  Mia could no longer hold her feelings and hugged the figure of her mother.

" Mom, you do not know how much I missed you. How I wish that I could hug you like this every day.” mia couldn’t held back her tears and hugged her tightly. 

The figure of her mother changed into a dark entity. That is why Mia immediately moves away from it.

" What is happening?” Mia was surprised as her mother changed into a different figure. She was clueless about what was going on.

 " What are you?” She questioned as her heart fastens at high speed.

 “I smell your sweet blood.”Dark Entity said in low and husky voice.

" Who are you? Why you looked exactly like my mother a few minutes ago? What is going on?” Mia was afraid but didnt know how to show it. 

Dark Entity said in low and husky voice, " You seem to be clueless about everything young girl.

" Tell me! What are you? Why are you impersonating my mother?”

Dark Entity said in low and husky voice, " I looked like her?”

Mia said, " Yes. How can you change in just a few minutes?

Dark Entity said in low and husky voice, " Aren't you scared?”

" What?”  Her nightmares change the image when her mother leaves her.

" Mom!”

" Stay in here, Mia.”

" Where are you going, Mommy?”

" I just have to be somewhere. But always remember that I loved you. Okay?”

" I know that, Mommy. But can't you stay, I wanna spend time with you. Daddy is at work, he can't be in here with me. Please stay.”

" I can't honey, I have to go somewhere”

“But Daddy would be in here soon, so just wait for him in here. I would be sure that he would be in here with you.But I would be all alone once you leave me.” mia requested her mother be with her.

 “ I'm just a kid Mom. Please let me come with you.”

 " You can't come with me, Mia.” Lisa said.

Mia said with watery eyes to her mom, " Mommy, please?

Lisa didnt had, " I have to go now. Stay right in here and be kind to Daddy. Okay?

Mia said, " Mommy...

  Mia started to cry, but Lisa her mother still leaves her. That nightmare bothered Mia while she was growing up, she was always hunted by that memory when her mother leaves her.

Mia said, " Mommmm!

  Mia woke up, and felt tears streaming down to her face. She realized that she cried again over the dream that her mother had left her.

Mia said, " Why I am always dreaming that my mother had leave me? That memory is keep repeating inside of my head. I can't seem to escape the pain of losing a mother. I didn't know, but maybe I just missed my mother so much.

Mia said, " When she leaves that day, I always waited for my mom to come back. It was hard when she leaves because I lost my mother. But my father did his best to make sure that I never felt alone with the other kids. He tried to be my mother and father at the same time, and that is why I loved my father so much, he is the best.

  Mia is thirsty which is why she goes out of her room, she walked in the dark hallway.

Mia said, " Why I am shivering like this? I have always been brave but, I felt today like there is something that I felt differently.

  Mia was always been brave but, she felt like there is something with her.

Mia said, " I just want to go back to sleep, but since I am thirsty right now I would just get a bottle of water to drink, then go back to sleep.

  While she was on her way on getting some water, she saw her mother's portrait and she stopped in her tracks.

Mia said, " Mother...

  Mia just sighed looking at her mother's photo.

Mia said, " I miss you, mom. I just hope that you are still alive. If I had stopped you when you are living with me then you are still alive right now. I'm always waiting for you outside of the door wondering if one day there would be a miracle and you would show up. But it's been years and I know that I need to accept that you are long gone. But it's hard for me to accept that you already died.

  Mia broke down in tears blaming herself for why her mother is dead right now.

"  It is my fault!,I should have not let you go out. I should have stayed with your side, you would have been alive right now. It's my fault that you are dead, Mom. It's my fault that this happened to you.”

 " If I did something that day then we should have been a complete family right now. Then this should have never happened. I just wish that I could turn back the time and make sure that you would be on my side always and in that way, I can assure you I could prevent you from dying.”

" Since the day you die, Mom. I can only blame myself for what happened. It was been hard for me, especially for Dad to accept that you are long gone. But I can't still be accepted what happened to you that you are dead now. I can't believe that it's been years now since you left us.” Mia was staring at the photo of her mother, while her eyes turns red as she continued to cry.

" Mom I'm sorry!”Mia stopped when she heard a voice calling her.

The unknow voice murmured, " Don't cry. I'm here. I'm just here with all of you.”

  Mia was mesmerized and tried to see whose voice it that because it was like the sound of the voice of her mother.
