Ava picked up her phone and dialed Dave's number. As she waited for him to answer, she glanced around the room, taking in the busy scene of her team members hard at work.

"Hey, Dave," she said as he picked up the phone. "I just wanted to give you an update. My team is already at work."

"That's great news," Dave replied. "What's the situation?"

"We got a call about a possible break-in at a residential property," Ava explained. "We're still investigating, but it looks like the alarm was triggered, and there might be some damage to the door."

"Okay, I'm on my way," Dave said. "I'll be at the precinct within the shortest possible time."

"Perfect," Ava said. "Just give me a call when you arrive, and I'll fill you in on the details."

As Ava hung up the phone, she turned to her team and gave them a quick update on the conversation. They nodded and went back to their work, already knowing what was expected of them.
