Chapter 46- "Had a Great time."

Mike was a dedicated driver. Punctuality was his watchword.

He had promised Dave to pick him up from the party at exactly 11 p.m. and was determined to keep that promise.

After getting ready, he took a glance at his wristwatch and saw that it was exactly 11 p.m.

He swiftly walked out of the house and straight to his car.

As he drove down the streets, he couldn't help but think of the party that Dave had invited him to.

He had declined the invitation because he was working and couldn't make it.

He was, however, happy that Dave and Alice had found time to go out and have fun.

Finally, he arrived at the place where Dave and Alice went for the party.

It was a highbrow spot with valet parking, beautiful lights, and people dressed in their best.

Mike briefly wondered if he should have dressed up a bit more, but quickly brushed off the thought.

He parked and texted Dave to let him know that he had arrived.
