Jayson and Monkey Lord found themselves as the most reluctant members of the group to engage in the battle.

"I'll go if none of you will," declared Ella, resolutely springing out of the window. She unleashed a flurry of attacks upon the demon-like creatures with human structures and animal faces.

"What are you all waiting for? Join the fight," urged Jayson, turning to Monkey Lord and the two protectors who had always safeguarded Ella.

The three of them leaped out of the window and joined the fray. However, Jayson hesitated. He struggled to decide who to transform into; he couldn't take on the form of Monkey Lord, whose strength lay solely in evading danger. Nor could he become the masked man who opposed the human race. Transforming into Ella's grandfather was out of the question, as she was still mourning him, and he didn't want to disregard her emotions.

Jayson's eyes sparked with realization as he remembered his ability to transform into Dao Emperor Kun, but he shuddered at the thou
