Days felt like months and minutes; like hours in the dungeon that Ethan and Mike had been kept in.

It seemed as if Diego had forgotten them in the dungeon, the day of reckoning lingering in the air like a plague.

Ethan got up tiredly from the floor and did a little starch before he made his way to the gates and back. The hope that he had of escaping was hanging by a little thread.
