ANDREW
"What have you done?" her father bellowed, his anger palpable through the phone. The sound of his hands slamming on the table made her jump. She had never heard him so furious before, and she was paralyzed with fear. "Do you know how many years our family has stood strong without your help? We've been the oldest family to rise to fame in this city, maintaining our rank among the top ten for over a thousand years. But thanks to your actions, our family no longer exists!" Mrs. Hills could feel that her father's voice was cracked as he spoke. There was an excessive amount of pain rising through him at the moment. Sandra's eyes widened in horror as she gazed at Mr. Patrick. "Could it be that he's the one who did this to us?" she thought, her mind racing. Just a minute ago, he made a call, and now her family is destroyed? She gulped, her heart pounding in her chest. What had she done? She was scared. Mr. Patrick's power and control were overwhelming. He wasn't even among the top ten, but he could do this? Who was he really? Why had no one heard of him before? Her father's words echoed in her mind. "If you don't want to be poor, apologize to Mr. Andrew now. Or I'll disown you and send people to kill you for what you've done. That's the least I can do." Sandra wanted to scream, "Dad! Dad!" but her voice was stuck. She stared at Mr. Patrick and Andrew with fear-filled eyes. Her pitiful gaze was gone, replaced by absolute terror. She was trapped, and her world was crumbling. Mr. Patrick's calm demeanor made her blood run cold. Who was this man, and what had she unleashed? As Sandra approached Mr. Patrick, everyone anticipated a confrontational slap or a fiery outburst. However, in a shocking turn of events, she collapsed to her knees before him, her body language screaming surrender. "Please forgive me," she begged, her voice trembling. "If I had known you were someone so powerful, I would never have acted so irrationally." The room fell silent, with all eyes fixed on the unexpected scene. Andrew's expression twisted in disgust as he let out a bitter chuckle. "So, if it had been someone else, you would have gotten away with it all because of your wealth and influence? You want my daughter dead? How pathetic." His words dripped with contempt. The onlookers were perplexed, struggling to comprehend the unfolding drama. But Mr. Hills, who had been within earshot of the phone call, pieced together the puzzle. He understood the magnitude of Sandra's mistake and the devastating consequences that had unfolded. His eyes widened as he grasped the reality of the situation, he wished everything would be resolved immediately to avoid any sort of back and forth. He didn't want to be on their blacklist. Mr. Hills had anticipated that Sandra's hasty pursuit of revenge would lead to severe consequences, but he had not expected a butler to wield such immense power, capable of dismantling their family's entire legacy within mere seconds. The thought sent shivers down his spine as he wondered about the unfathomable power of the original heir. His gaze shifted to Andrew, and his eyes widened in awe. Just then, Austin, who had been observing the scene in confusion, began to protest, "You both don't expect me to..." But before he could even finish his sentence, a swift and deadly slap landed on his face, rendering him speechless. The force of the slap was so severe that it seemed to reverberate through the air, leaving everyone in stunned silence. The sound of the slap echoed through the room, reminding especially Austin himself of the dramatic power shift that had occurred. Mr. Hills' eyes darted between Andrew and the butler. And the once-confident Sandra now seemed feeble, her knees still planted on the ground as she gazed up at the butler shaking like a dead leaf. The five fingers were firmly imprinted on his face at the moment and he looked way out of this world. He turned to see who had slapped him and it eventually turned out that it had been from his mother, getting him even more stunned. This lady had never even yelled at him since the day that he was born. His heart was filled with fear as his face burned with pain. He could not cry because Dora’s eyes were pinned on him and he didn't want to make himself seem more weak. The only thing he could do at that point was to bottle it up. "One more word from you and you are going to be a roasted stake. Isn't it enough that you caused all this problems already?" Her voice was a mixture of anger and shame. "If you don't want more of that, you should get on your knees already, else!” He frightenedly fell down to the floor with tears in his eyes while Sandra returned her gaze back to Mr. Andrew's. "Please sir, forgive his manners, I had not trained him properly." Andrew didn't say anything. It was not like the lady that was speaking was any different from her child anyway. He turned towards Mr. Hills. He knew that he was blinded after searching for a son for quite a while. But that wasn't a reason to make him lose. "Hillsborough, your child needs training if you want him to continue being your heir. I want you to make him go through poverty training. If he survives after seven years. He can be your heir." He proposed. "Yes sir. I am going to get to that right away." Mr. Hills assured. Austin wanted to protest and call this treatment inhumane. But he didn't dare to speak and his tongue was tied to the roof of his mouth. After which, Andrew turned back to the doctor. He shivered even more and Andrew spoke to him in a mild tone. "I don't want any trouble doctor Williams and I know nothing of what happened is your fault. Just want my daughter in good health. Please take good care of her and proceed with her treatment." "Okay.. O…okayy…sir." He stammered. Andrew felt the atmosphere in the room becoming increasingly uncomfortable until his daughter Dora tapped him on the shoulder and asked with a sweet smile, "Dad, are you okay?" He knelt down and kissed her forehead, reassuring her, "Don't worry about me, dear, I am more focused on you getting well, I will be just fine." Andrew instantly noticed that Dora was breathing heavily and needed medical attention right away. He said, "I'll let Doctor Williams take care of you, and he'll make sure you're okay." Andrew wanted to make sure his daughter received the help she needed, and entrusting her to the doctor's care eased his own worries. The doctor stepped forward and smiled shyly at Dora. "Don't worry Dora. You are in good hands." He held her hands and Dora smiled. The relationship between the two was more than that of just a doctor and their patient, it was much more special and it made Andrew comfortable and reassured. She nodded with a smile as the doctor took her in his hands and took her away. Now that they were the only one left, Andrew turned around towards everyone and said. "As I have said earlier, I do not have any troubles." He emphasized and turned to leave Meanwhile, Mr. Patrick followed him closely from behind yelling out the young master but he didn't stop until they were in a less crowded area. "Mr. Patrick. I have to thank you for everything that you did for me and my daughter today. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart." Andrew appreciated it before going ahead. "But don't you think that you went a little bit extra? Is that the family's way of saying that they still want me back? Or want me to feel guilty and return myself?" First he only asked for treatment while Mr. Patrick asked for his child to be taken to the exclusive ward. And then, he had taken down one of the most powerful companies in the city. Even though it was just a call, Andrew knew that he had gone through a lot to make that happen or at least give something more in exchange. "Why don't you tell me what you really want for helping me at this instant? Is there some wish that they want me to fulfill that will lead me to my death, just like my parents?" He inquired, his voice was mixed with a mixture of pain and anger. Mr. Patrick sighed. "There is a lot that we need to talk about young master so I am going to start with this." "First young master, I want you to know that I am not from the family, rather I am here for you." Mr. Patrick revealed.ANDREW He wondered, "Is this person not a member of the family? If not, how did he gain so much power and influence?" He was puzzled and skeptical, thinking to himself, "Does he think I'm foolish enough to believe this?" He scowled, but decided to play along, at least for now. With a hint of confusion in his voice, he asked, "What are you talking about? Don't your own words sound confusing to you?" He probed further, asking as though he was seeking clarification on the mysterious situation even though a part of him felt like he was about to be lied to. Mr. Patrick let out a really deep sigh. "You don't have to pretend, I know the thoughts that are already only going through your head. When I am done explaining, I am sure that you are going to understand everything." He added. "First of all, I never wanted you to be back to the family. I have always been loyal to your parents and them only.” He smiled briefly and continued. “As you know, your father was adopted and owed all ri
ANDREW While they continued to watch, the video stopped at a man's legs and stopped. "Shit. It stopped already." Juliet snorted angrily seeing what had happened. She wanted to smash her phone to the floor. But she thought twice. That was a new mid range phone that had been gotten for her by Francis. It was worth about five hundred dollars. If she smashed it, he would certainly not be pleased and might have to stay without a cell phone for a while. When she was about to end the video, seeing that there was nothing much for them to watch anymore. But before she could end it, Kelvin, who had noticed something, stopped her from doing so. "That shoe. Isn't it owned by Andrew? And those pants too. I am so sure of it." She said, "Andrew? Are you sure that you are not making a mistake?" Lady Gaga also stepped forward to see for herself. It looked like her son was telling the truth after all. She was certainly taken aback by it. "What would Andrew be doing there at that time?
ANDREW "Hahaha! Look at who is here." Moris laughed. He had always seen this person coming to deliver soup to Lisa and he knew exactly who it was. "If it isn't your chicken soup delivery boy." He laughed heartily. Lisa frowned seeing that her husband was there. It was only going to make issues worse for her than it was already. "Now that you are around. I want you to watch your wife and I do our thing." There was a very vicious look on his face as he spoke. Lisa was already on the verge of crying and that broke his heart. Morris was about to plant a kiss on her face but before he could get to do that, he came Forward, punching him right on the face. Blood drew out quickly from his face and Lisa was stunned. Morris tried to stand his grounds and fight back. However, the person that was standing right before him was more trained.. Additional slaps landed on his face, causing Lisa to tremble with shock, her body quivering intensely, especially in her lower extremities.
ANDREW Mr. Henry's face was shealted with disdain. Their families always had the lowest outcomes whenever it came to family meetings. Taking Andrew with them was going to mean even more embarrassment for them. And if there was anything that he was trying to do, it was to make sure that his family appeared in a better light to the others. And someone had already been stationed to ruin this goal. A cold frown flashed across his face. "I wish that there was anything I could do but the patron requested for his presence himself, obviously to disgrace us!" His hands formed into a tight ball and the frown on his face deepened. "Don't worry uncle! We have kelvin with us. I'm sure that he is going to make up for this excuse of a man!" Her eyes seized Andrew up. The irritation evident in her eyes at the moment. “Besides, he already got a gift that will definitely sweep the patron off from his feet and bring us back to our former glory in the family!” Juliet replied, smiling. She had
ANDREW While the driver continued to shudder violently, Mr. Hills came down from his personal customized Porsche with a slight quiver. His men were stunned seeing the man that was standing before them. They had always known their boss to be a very arrogant person that was never afraid of anyone. But here he was, quivering like he was some sort of chicken. Whoever this person was, they thought that he had to be a very powerful personality, however, it was just Andrew. "What are you guys still waiting for? Bow at your master right this moment!" He shot a frightened glare at his guards that were still stuttering in awe. Most of them said nothing, immediately bowing down at this personality that stood before them. "There is no need to be so formal Mr. Hills!" Andrew smiled slightly, already getting uncomfortable at the way that he was treated. "You can just call me Andrew!". Mr Hills was stunned. He thought that Andrew was still furious with him after what had happened before
ANDREWLisa was a bit surprised. Since this was supposed to be only for family members which this person wasn't part of."Isn't that the guy you used to like?" Juliet quickly chimped in with a smile."I'm sure that you guys will be able to make something out together!" She added, making sure that these words were just between the both of them."Emphasis on the word 'used to," Lisa replied.Even though she used to like this person, he had stormed away from her life without even telling her, like she was some sort of nobody. Asking them to do something was not just out of it, but extremely impossible because she was obviously married. With a kid!She braised herself up quickly, putting up a composed look on her face. She wasn't going to allow herself to be tossed about by anyone just because they were richer than her husband. When they got down from the car, someone was now standing right next to Davis. The first Son-in-law of the family from the Guild family. He was known as the person
ANDREWThe patron was yet to arrive while the table was already fully set. Andrew sat with the rest of the family the only person that was even trying to make a conversation with him at the moment was Lisa. The other members of the family sat, throwing Lazer glares at Andrew from afar, their faces filled with obvious disdain."What's someone like him even doing here! The first family. They are supposed to lead this Great family but they are the ones that want to pull it down?" Another member of the family soon said."I know that they have been having a bad performance in the family lately so what are they planning to do! Make it the worse that it came to get?"Mr. Henry's head was bowed. Is hate and disgust for Andrew increasing with everyone second that went by."Guys guys!" Someone muttered from afar. The words were ones that were recognized by almost everyone to belong to Fred and their heads were already tilted in his direction as they rose from his seat."There is no need for us
ANDREW"Yeah Lisa! You should think about it! At least we will not be caught up with a worthless brother-in-law." Kevin muttered nonchalantly. A deadly glare was what he got instead from Lisa who flashed her eyes back to the rest of the family members."I would rather kiss a dog than have anything to do with him!" she spat."Then you should better start practicing!" Juliet was quick to refer.Lady Louisa and Fred engaged in a fierce stare-down, their eyes locked in a silent battle of wills. But finally, Lady Louisa's composure was broken, and she let out a forced cough, her face twisted in disdain. "To be a disadvantage to us twice!" she spat out, her words dripping with venom. The crowd immediately picked up on the subtle insult, and a wave of snickers and giggles swept through the hall. The murmurs grew louder, with people repeating the phrase and chuckling, until eventually, the room erupted into a fit of laughter. However, as quickly as it began, the laughter died down, and the h
