LINDA'S STRATEGY

Linda sat on the couch, her heart heavy with a mixture of longing and uncertainty. She couldn't deny the growing distance between her and Dub, the father of her child. Determined to bridge the gap, she reached for her phone and dialed his number.

Dub's phone rang, and after a few moments, he picked up. "Hello?"

Linda interrupted, her voice pleading. "Please, Dub. I can't do this alone. The baby needs you. I need you."

Dub sighed, his concern for his child overpowering his reservations. "Alright, Linda. I'll be there."
