Days passed since the escape of Aerys and lyra and the manhunt for them still continues to no avail, and trevor returns to his home with little good news for his brother. On arriving at the docks of cree ,trevor was welcomed by the generals of cree and a parade ,soon after he had an audience with the king as he was summoned cutting short his homecoming
As Trevor stood before the king, he felt the weight of the situation pressing down on his shoulders. The king's gaze was intense, his eyes gleaming with questions.
"Tell me general Trevor," the king began, his voice booming through the room and all the elders eyes set on trevor, "Is it false news i hear you have failed me in the south, allowing a rebellion brew against my name. The commoners now think they have rights and challenge me for it, “but my king” trevor said trying to defend himself…silence ,you have failed our house, you are week just like your father. I want meidvere and the south to bow to me and if not they better yet lie in their blood and ashes ,bring me victory brother, and you shall redeem yourself because Failure is futile john said with a brief pause and a deep stair at his brother with his last words “for you’.
Trevor could feel the burn of the king's gaze, the intensity of his orders piercing him like a sword. He knew that this task was not just about finding Aerys and Lyra; it was about proving loyalty to the king and the kingdom.
He left the audience chamber, his mind filled with thoughts of the chase. He knew that this was a race against time, and there was much at stake.
as trevor left the throne room he couldn’t help but feel humiliated and disgraced by his own brother, a sense of hate filled him .those words pierce his heart because although being older he wasn’t a true vrieon, the name was given not the blood and that he cant even earn .Trevor vrieon is the son of Elisa vrieon and her lover ,William. William was a slave ,a commoner but caught the queens attention because of his charm and warm heart unlike her husband who was Soley focused on conquering the realm leaving her to herself. This love grew and it bore trevor ,an illegitimate child .When the king found out he was furious and his wrath could not be hidden, he then ordered the execution of the queen and her lover ,but then the midwives informed him that the queen is infect pregnant but with two babies and told him of the possibility of one being his.to this he spared the queens life and waited for her day of birth. When it finally came ,there lied two boys ,beautiful twins one with dark hair and brown eyes and the other with blue eyes and blond hair ,the true blood of Cree. The king allowed the child be with his mother ,the brothers grew up together but in everything they were always remined that hey were different ,one of royalty ad the other a slave. On Trevor lived his life trying to please the king always trying to earn the rights of the name given with pity but with little progress. On the kings death bed, with his last words he named john his successor and now john rules Cree and Trevor serves as his loyal dog.
It’s been days on the northern see ,navigating and avoiding search platoons after them. Aerys and lyra finally dorked in one of the besieged island, skull island. It was land dreaded with bloodshed and anarchy looms over it as its tribes fight with themselves. They got off the boat and found a nearby cave and spent the knight. The next morning they had too keep moving to avoid being captured, but lyra was still i’ll following the events of the escape. Aerys had to take care of her and get her medicine for her terrible fever ,but he had no money nor gold. That afternoon he explored the island looking for a nearby village and finally found one ,it seemed to be busy and is a good place for trade ,aerys then spotted a tavern not far ahead and decides to check it out. As he entered cold eyes met him and the whole place gave a dark aura,he sat at the bar studying the entrance and the back door, aerys planned on getting out fast, but why?
If you're planning on stealing from here and thinking you can get away with it, you're sadly mistaken, at least not without a few bruises to the cheeck said a warm figure sitting at the far end of the bar.
“Who says i’m trying to steal anything?
No one needs to ,I figured says seth
But a little advice if you are make it fast and quick these guys are ruthless. “They don't look really scary and most of them are half drunk ,including you”….well that’s true.
Aerys stopped his conversation with the mysterious man,and focused his attention on the sack of silver pieces hanged on the barmans cloth
"Thanks for the heads up, but I'm not here to steal anything," Aerys muttered, still eyeing the sack. He had spotted it as soon as he entered and couldn't help but wonder if it’d take them for a while.
Seth raised an eyebrow at him. "You sure about that? You look like a man with a lot on his mind."
"I'm just trying to find some medicine for my friend ," Aerys said, . Still keeping up his false pretence
"Aye, well, if that's the case, you're in luck. That sack you're eyeing has enough money for a small shipment of medicine," Seth said with a smirk. "But you'll have to you know
As the tavern grew more chaotic and the night wore on, Aerys couldn't help but notice the inconsistent and unpredictable nature of the locals. It was clear that they had seen and done many things in their time on Skull Island, but he knew that he had no choice but to take advantage of their intemperate behavior and seize the opportunity to steal the sack of silver pieces.
Aerys then slid off his stool, his eyes locked on the prize. "I guess I'll just have to make this quick and hope for the best."
With a deep breath, Aerys made his move. He grabbed the sack and sprinted towards the back door, but as he reached the entrance, a burly man blocked his way, his eyes filled with fury.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing?"
Nothing, just trying to get out
“Dont play smart with me boy ,hand it over the man said as he stretched out his hand to grab aerys ,both then seth came smashing a bottle of alcohol on his head as he shouted to aerys “run!
Run!
Aerys didn't hesitate. He grabbed the sack of silver pieces and darted out the back door, heedless of the chaos that was surely following behind him. Seth had saved him, and now all he had to do was make it back to Lyra, who was still recuperating in the cave.
As Aerys dashed through the dense foliage of Skull Island, he could hear the drunken cries and shouts of the locals behind him. He knew that he couldn't afford to slow down, not with the sack of silver pieces Jingling in his pocket and the weight of his promise to Lyra on his mind.
When he finally reached the cave, he could see that Lyra was awake and sitting up against the wall, her fever somewhat subsided. He knelt beside her, his heart swelling with relief. "I told you I'd bring you medicine," he said
I don't see any medicine lyra said
Ohh I must have forgotten to get it as was trying to avoid being caught
Caught? Lyra asked ,nevermind that i’d get it at dawn.
As they were still talking, they heard a noise at the extreme ends of the cave, aerys in a rush hid lyra and went to check out the noise and from the darkness seth emerged “hey steal and dash you forgot to get the medicine “
Did you follow me? Aerys asked
I’m here so what do you think?
“Okay what about those tarven men ,they couldn't find you so they got tired and went back, but believe me they marked your face,i’m guessing that’s your friend here’s the medicine .
Thank you “lyra said.
Why did you help me though ,
No specific reason, your friend here just looked a little bit intresting and well I needed a place to crash for the night
As Aerys and Seth sat in the cave, sharing the improvised shelter with Lyra, Aerys couldn't help but feel a mix of gratitude and confusion. He had never met Seth before, and yet this stranger had risked their lives to help him, even going as far as to retrieve the medicine he needed for Lyra.
Seth noticed Aerys's pensive gaze and grinned, "You know, sometimes in life, we're given opportunities to help others. It feees good, doesn't it?"
Aerys nodded slowly, still trying to process everything that had happened. "Yes, it does. But why?"
Seth shrugged, "I don't know. Sometimes we just feel like doing the right thing, even if we have nothing to gain from it. It's a small price to pay for a chance at redemption,or maybe just a little bit of hope."
Aerys looked and still stirred looking very confused .
As the long night continues, the three staired into the fire they had made ,witha na awful lot of silence until seth broke the ice by asking a very obvious question
“It looks like you guys left in hurry from somewhere, looking at how injured you are and her lyra is sick and you avoiding vreion checkpost
Well,…yeah were from up north, its been a rough couple of days
“Ohh were you guys in some sought of accident or what?
No no nothing like that, its rather personal
“We are wanted convicts ,we escaped the stronghold at the pride lands a few days ago" lyra said interrupting thier whole conversation
You must be the reason why theres a lot of movement at the borders ,why are you guys so important anyway?
“Well …. Honestly aerys is more of a trouble for them than I am,he kinda started a rebellion back in his village and I don't really think trevor vreion is going to let that slide.
Ohh so you're from Meidvere “seth said with slight grin,I heard about the defiance there but wouldn't have imagined it was all because of you
Yea if you call being locked up and having a sword at the base of the neck a defiance ,suree that was me"aerys said with his head bent down in hopelessness.
I don't even know how they are ,my father ,my grandfather and our people. For all I know I could have caused them thier lifes.
You can't be too sure lyra said"
I can, trevor said he’d burn them all,and i’d see thier ashes mixed with thier blood ,the question now is when and i’m stuck here. They are so many things I still want to know, I still need to ask ,I don't even know who my mother is.
You grew up without a mom? “Seth said as he added more wood to the fire"
Yeah I did,and for some reason my grandfather never really liked me,i’m guessing he never really liked my mother either, always said I was a stain on his house .He despised my mere presence, I wonder what awful circumstances led to my birth that made him hate me so much.
Thats really sad,I can't tell you I understand cause but my parents were alive ,even if they never paid attention to me or my wants ,there were always busy fulfilling thier royal duties ,my dad to the royal house and my mom to her society. I had parents but still grew up as if I didn't, it really hurts.
And you seth,
Where are you from?
Ohh me ,i’m from the North, the good side of it tho.lets just say I lost everything I had in my life in just one day,I never really valued what I had before, now I wished I knew how lucky I was.sure having parents who care for you isn't good, and not knowing your mom hurts a lot.But theres no greater pain than watching your whole family die in front of you .your mom and dad grasping for air ,loosing every sensation of life and your brother and sister butchered in thier sleep, and you stood there and watched and couldn't do anything because you were scared ,I still have nightmares, I wish itd been me.
As Seth spoke, Aerys and Lyra listened in silence, their hearts heavy with the weight of his words. The fire crackled, casting flickering shadows on the walls of the cave, and they could hear the distant sounds of the jungle coming to life with the rising sun.Despite their own sorrows, they felt a profound sense of gratitude for the few moments of peace they had found together. They knew that their journey was far from over, and they would need to rely on each other to navigate the dangers that lay ahead. The three of them spent the day resting and recuperating, tending to Lyra's wounds and sharing stories of their pasts. They talked about their dreams, their fears, and their hopes for the future. A strange bond began to form between them, as they discovered that their shared experiences had made them unlikely allies in a world that was often cruel and unforgiving.Day broke and they kept moving as Seth accompanied them as he knew about skull island more than any of them. They were h

Lord vreion,so many of our ships has been ambushed and lit on fire ,we need to take care of this problem. “We will ,general.
