BALANCING THE OFFERS

Jordan walked back to Ana’s hospital room with a well-made-up mind. Those fools thought they were good at plotting against someone? Well, they were about to receive the shock of their lives. He could also be cunning if pushed into a wall. Even with the bad turn of events that Edwin was Mr. Jonathan’s son, that did not exempt him from Jordan’s wrath unless he changed. But as long as he was trying to go after Jordan, then they were mortal enemies.

“So, Jordan? Have you decided.” Liya asked when Jordan walked to them.

They all banked their curiosity on him.

“I am taking taking both offers!” Jordan said, drawing all of them into a state of bewilderment.

“Both?” Ana asked on their behalf.

Jordan shifted and composed himself. “Yes. I believe I can do both. I will take up your offer, Mr Jonathan, but we will have to revise it, before we do, we owe a great deal to Liya. I hope you can allow me some time to return the favor. My conscience will bag me forever if I do nothing about her people.”
