Jordan looked like a real criminal in handcuffs as they arrived at the station. Ana, too, was cuffed. They were dragged into the police room. Inside, they found Jordan’s lawyer, Officer Adamson, and Mr. Jonathan waiting inside.

“Jordan!” Mr. Jonathan spoke in an attempt to reach Jordan, but the police officers who had brought him in stopped him.

“You are not allowed to go near the culprit, sir! Please keep your distance.” One officer spoke.

Jordan remained quiet as he was escorted to his cell, where Officer Adamson took the honor. He would have wanted so much to plead with the officers to let Ana go, but he knew it was all useless. She was accused of being his accomplice.

“We will sort this out with your lawyer, Jordan. Don’t worry about it. Everything will be fine.” Officer Adamson said to Jordan as he ushered him to the cell where the detained criminals were singing hails and swinging their tails in ecstasy for gaining a new member. They were so good at molesting, so seeing a newbie

What am I even asking? Are you even normal? Like, are you a real human?” She asked as she scanned Jordan. It was still a mystery how the man was alive. She wanted so much to know what the mystery behind what happened in front of her eyes was.“I know you have a lot of questions, but not here. Let us first hear what they have to say, and then we can talk at home. Is that okay?” He asked. His finger was still under her chin. He knew he could not hide it anymore. Things had already blown out of proportion. No one could tell how the sensitive information that had just leaked out would affect his life from that moment on. One thing was for sure, though: Jordan needed to be wary of his life more than ever. “I am human, and that goes without a doubt. I suppose by now you all know my family background.” Jordan paused, looking around them to see if anyone was in the dark about his origin. It seems the lady is so thirsty for some applause.” He asked, now turning to the officer, while the lady rolled her eyes and murmured some curses.“Well, the video clearly shows that you did not hurt any innocent person. You even helped them flee from the scene, which is a good sign. As for the guards, we can argue that it was self-defense since they opened fire first despite you talking to them against it. And as for Mr. Osman, he shot you first, and not just one bullet but four of them. You have a case, Jordan, but we have so many valid, arguable points, and that is all thanks to this lady for taking that video. The greatest mistake she committed was uploading it.” Officer Adamson explained.Jordan turned to the lady. “Thank you, but next time, do not try to be a heroin
