Duke Fenghao's butler nodded his head at Wu Huan before proceeding to take a sip from the wine himself. It was a ginger and rose flavoured wine so it was a little spicy and fragrant at the same time which was new to Wu Huan. “Do you like it? Wu Huan continued to climb down the long stairs that led down till he reached the ground. Coming off the leader, Wu Huan stayed still as he looked around his dark surroundings trying to listen to if there was something around him before he put on some light so he could see. Listening for a few minutes, Wu Huan noticed there was nothing and quickly reached into his sleeve bringing out a fire box. Putting it on, Wu Huan looked around seeing it was like an underground cave. Since it was rare to ever see one, Wu Huan wondered where it led to. He had found an underground cave and it was most likely that the deed that Duke Fenghao had for the ancestral land was somewhere in the cave. Zhi Hao smiled as the expression on his sister's face changed. Only she understood what he was saying. Smiling as he took his seat, Zhi Hao watched as the maids poured some tea for him while Han Ling continued to move around him. “Zhi Hao. You should be careful of what you say. This is the palace. Few hours later, Wu Huan woke up groaning as he looked around his surroundings. Even though he had just woken up, Wu Huan immediately remembered what has happened to him before. Shaking his head, Wu Huan tried to clear the fog gathering in front of his eyes as he looked around. His whole body was in pain as if he had been beaten up while he was asleep. Suddenly, Wu Huan heard the sound of someone coming near him which gave him intense headache. At this point, everything seemed to make his head hurt. “Are you awake, Prince Wu Huan?" Wu Huan heard a familiar voice and remebered seeing Duke Fenghao before he passed out. “Since when did you know?" Wu Huan asked. " Since when did I know that you were in my manor? Just this night. It was just now I understood. Why the prime minister suddenly called everyone and asked us to eat with him. At first I was so anxious that what he said might be true so I wanted to check on the deed. “I don't really know what happened. When I realized that the prime minister had come in barging with his men, I wanted to move Wu Huan out of the cave. I untied him thinking that he was very weak and that I could move him without any problems. Just then, I was suprised when he actually defeated me. I was knocked unconscious and he escaped.” Duke Fenghao heard his bodyguard say and his eyes widened. “Are you actually telling me that Wu Huan is somewhere in that cave and that he is actually free?” Duke Fenghao asked before turning to look through the door. Meanwhile, Zhi Hao rode back in his carriage and returned back to his house. Just as he was about to enter, Zhi Hao stopped when he heard noises making him turn. Widening his eyes, Zhi Hao rushed immediately . “Lemme help you. How did you leave the cave?” Zhi Hao asked Wu Huan. “Aren't you the one who left the door open? I was able to leave thanks to you. Because of what you did, Wu Huan got angry at me. Now there is no way I can find out who is behind the missing deeds.” Zhi Hao said. “There is no need to shout.
