‘You are only here because we want you to be here,’ she repeated. ‘I hope Uncle Derrick told you about his father’s enemies. We aren't the only ones who will be coming for you.’

Enemies? What was she talking about? She was probably making it up to scare me,me, but she had failed before she started.

‘There are no enemies except you and your sisters. I will remind you to watch your tongue and remember your place in the family, sister. I won’t be this kind next time if II have to remind you.’ I warned her, staring sternly at her.

She chuckled.. ‘I won't remind you about what II said too. I will be right here when they start visiting you, Arthur.’
