Kang’ethe also could not help to ask Martin what had led him to do the attacks at this Land. Martin told him that just as any King would want, he wanted more power. After all, he heard his father wish to rule both Kingdoms and now that he was dead, it was his turn to fulfill his father’s dream.

Kang’ethe could not help but ask Martin of how he thought he could fulfill his father’s dream by causing hatred between the people of Lampa and Kamu. That was what the wars were doing. He continued to add to Martin that having people go to battle was not the only way that he was to rule this land.
