After sitting on the couch for ten minutes, Sadie thinks of going to the bedroom to pick up her phone. She stands up from the couch and wears her slippers properly. Sadie opens the door and enters the bedroom. She is very shocked to see Amir sleeping on the couch. She glances through the wall clock and says, “When did you walk into the bedroom, Amir?” Sadie waits patiently, hoping that she will get a reply from Amir. The rays emanating from the bulbs can be seen to shine on the center table. The curtains of the windows are moving in the direction of the wind coming from outside and the air coming from the standing fans. Sadie is sitting on the couch. She is dressed in a gown. This gown is yellow, though there are some parts of the gown that have a white color, like the neck region. Sadie is glancing through her phone when she hears someone call out her name. She could hear the sound of the masculine caller clearly. She raises up her head only to see Amir. Amir’s face looks dull. He must have just woken up from a long sleep. Amir stops laughing and says, “Those kids really want my dad to build a company for me.” “Those kids can go to hell for all I care. All I know is that you will be the one to build a company by yourself.” “I have heard from you, ma. I pray those kids don’t hear you. Can we go and eat breakfast now?” “Yes,” Sadie said with a smile. Amir is at the back as the twosome walk out of the sitting room. He is walking slowly as if he has no goal to achieve. When the twosome get to the dining room, they sit down on different chairs. I kept it inside the oven so it must be very hot.” “That’s very good.” Dr. Ryan stood up from the couch. He faces Silas and says, “I shall be going to the bedroom to change my clothes. When I can get back, we will dine together.” Silas doesn’t want to accept Dr. Ryan’s wish, but because of the promise he had made to Dr. Ryan, he nods his head in affirmation. Though deep down he doesn't want to eat anything because he isn’t hungry. Dr. Ryan clutches his phone and leaves the sitting room. As soon as Dr. Ryan is out of sight, Petra looks at Silas and says, “Silas, I will be going to the dining room now to set the table. Get ready because you will be dining with us soon.” Silas could hear Petra’s voice clearly. He smiles at Petra. Petra smiles at Silas too and leaves the sitting room.
