When she gets to the bedroom, everywhere looks so quiet. It is as if nobody as ever lived there before. She drops her bag on the bed and quickly says a short prayer. She thanks God for allowing her to arrive home safely. She also thanks God for making the day's work to be a success. Rachael removes her shoes before she leaves the bedroom. When she gets to the kitchen, she starts the cooking. She misses Silas so much because he would have done the cooking if he was at home. Rachael starts gathering all the needed ingredients needed to do the cooking. Some of them includes: onions, raw peppers and tomatoes, fish, fruits, salt, seasoning. Etc. When Rachael opens the pot, the water is already boiling. It looks like a dream in Rachael’s eyes. She knows that the cooking of this afternoon is going to be very fast. S

She drops the tray in the kitchen before she returns to the sitting room. Rachael continues chatting again. She is enjoying the chat once again because the Rose is online. The door suddenly goes open and Rose enters inside the sitting room. She is carrying a baggage. The two friends are looking at each other. Rachael is so bewildered, she never knew that Rose was going to come to her house. Besides, this visit shows that there is something behind it. “Good afternoon, manager,” Rose said, standing right in front of Rachael. “Stop that, don’t let me feel pompous. Call me by my name.” “You don’t tell me what to call, you, I decide. Can I have my seat?” “You can if you like.” “You are on my nerves already.” “Forget about that. What are you here for?” “Why the rushing? You should at least, get me a glassful of water.”

He would have gone to the restaurant to get some food, but he decides that he was just going eat when he gets home. When Emery serves him the food, he pounced on it as if he hasn't eaten since morning. Who will believe that a whole CEO can be so hungry. About thirty minutes later, Emery walks into the dining room and sees Silas still sitting on the chair. He is looking in different directions as if he is waiting for someone. “Is anything the problem?” Emery said. “I have been waiting for you.” “Really? But you should have called my name.” “Who does that a pretty lady like you?” “Thank you, sir,” Emery said shyly, holding a plate with her right hand. “What’s that, sir?” “When you are done, come to the sitting room so we can discuss.
