When the door goes open, it is Mrs. Cora standing behind the door. “Good morning, mum.” “Good morning, CEO. Mrs. Cora does most of the talking. She laughs from time to time. Their discussion must be funny. “Where are my kids?” Margaret finally asked. “They are with their grandfather in the bedroom. They should join us very soon.” “They better do because I don’t want to be late for work.” “I know you to be a very punctual woman. All she know is that the children are still in the house. “How about the children, mum?” Margaret said. “They are inside the bedroom.” “Alright, mum. Has dad returned home?” “No. He should be home before 10 AM. Do you want to wait for him?” “No.” “It’s alright. Have you finished cooking?” “Yes. It’s inside the kitchen,” Margaret said, sitting down on the couch. “Go and serve the table so that we can eat together. “Alright, mum. I shall be back in a couple of minutes.” Margaret stands up from the couch and leaves the sitting room. She ensures that she sets the table before she leaves the dining room. She enters the sitting room and sees Mrs. Cora discussing with the children. “We need to and eat now children so that we can get home on time.” “Alright, mum,” Owen said.

She is dressed in a beautiful gown and a pair of blue shoes. “I hope you are fine, sir?” Emery said. “Yes. Have you finished cooking?” “Yes, sir. You can go and eat your food, it’s inside the dining room.” “You have sent the table too?” “Yes, sir. I did that before coming here. You need to go and eat it now before it gets cold.” “It’s alright. How about if you join me on the table,” Silas said, dropping his phone on the couch. “No sir. Thank you very much.” “It’s alright. I shall be going to the dining room now to eat your delicious meal.” Silas leaves the sitting room. Emery, on the other hand, sits down on the couch, waiting for Silas to return to the sitting room. She holds it so firmly as if she doesn’t want to it to fall to the ground. Rachael enters her office and drops her bag gently on the table. She sits down on the chair and say a small prayer. She is whispering that nobody can hear everything she says. Rachael opens the window behind her to allow proper ventilation in the office. Rachael brings out her phone from the bag. She had kept the phone in the bag when she wanted to enter the cab about twenty minutes ago. She turns the phone and the first thing she receives is a call from Rose. She discusses with her for a few minutes before she drops the call. In their conversation, Rose tell her that she is going to come late to the office because she has to attend to Delvin who had visited her announced. Rachael drops her

The suit looks so good on him. He sits down on the chair and begins to eat his food. It is a breakfast of fried potatoes. He is enjoying the food because it is well-prepared. After sitting for close to fifteen minutes, he finishes eating the food. He rest for a few minutes before he leaves the dining room. When he gets to the sitting room, he sees Emery sitting on the couch. She is beautiful dressed as if she is going for an official function. “How was the food, sir?” Emery said. “It was delicious. What are you doing?” “Nothing. I am just waiting for you.” “Really? You said you wanted to tell me something.” “Yes, sir. It’s my friend's birthday party today.” “That’s awesome. Rose sits and Rachael sits down on different couches but they are facing each other. “Thank God for today,” Rachael said. “You can thank him again. I am really tired and I want to sleep.” “Alright, but ensure you take shower before then.” “I have heard you, ma.” Rose smiles at Rachael. She stands up from the couch and yawns. She moves in the direction of the table, picks up her bag and leaves the sitting room. As soon as Rose left the sitting room, Rachael starts pondering on what she is going to cook. Despite the fact that she is tired and needs some rest, she still wants to eat. She ponders on what she is going to cook. She would have loved to cook beans but it it’s going to take time. She agrees to fry eggs and yams. Rachael stands up from the couch and leaves the sitting room. She gets to the kitchen and starts cooking the food. She starts by putting the f

When she gets to the bathroom, she quickly washes her teeth. She ensures that the teeth are white before she drops the toothbrush. She leaves the bathroom for the kitchen. She starts making preparation for what she will cook. She washes all the appliances that will be needed for the cooking. She places the pot on the fire. She pours rice into the pot and covers it. She waits patiently for the rice to get parboiled. As soon as the rice gets parboiled, she carries away the pot from the fire and drains all remaining water our of the pot. When she finishes cooking, she leaves the kitchen for the bedroom. She sees Rose sitting on the couch. She is dressed in a brown shirt. Silas walks in the direction of the door. He knocks on the door and nobody answers him. He pushes the door only to discover that it is not locked. As soon as he enters the sitting room, he walks in the direction of the table and drops his bag. He sits down on the couch waiting for his mum to come and join in. After sitting for five minutes, he stands up from the couch and leaves the sitting room. He gets to the bedroom only to discover that his mum is sleeping on the bed. He walks out of the bedroom. Mrs. Alex enters the sitting room and sees a bag on the table. He wonders who owns the bag. He sits down on the couch. She begins to feel uncomfortable while looking at the bag. She remembers the story of someone who saw a bag in her house and refused to check wh
