She is clutching a black bag with her right hand and a white polythene bag with her left hand. As soon as Silas sees Rachael, he sighs a sigh of relief. He had been checking the wall clock and waiting for Rachael to come back from work. He had eaten only breakfast and he was so hungry that he could consume a potful of food. Silas isn’t a glutton though. But whenever he feels like eating, he can eat himself into a stupor. Rachael stands right in front of Silas and says, “I am sorry I came in late.” “You are welcome.
