“Yes, it has,” Margaret said slowly.

“A snail doesn’t have eyes. It has tentacles instead.” Liam said, looking at Margaret's face.

Margaret kept quiet for a few seconds. She must be thinking about what to say next because of the way she hovers her eyelashes.

“I think I remember. You are actually correct. A snail has a pair of tentacles,” Margaret finally said.

“Yeah,” Liam said confidently.

“I will ask the question from my teacher when we resume school,” Owen said.

“That’s my boy. Margaret, have you given them the present?...”

“Yes. I love everything you got for me. I am grateful, dad. I now have a new pair of sandals for school,” Owen said happily.

“I now have a new school bag too. Thank you, dad!” Emilia yelled.

“You are welcome. You should go to your rooms now. Your mum and I want to discuss something.”
