Aiden was very much taken aback by the question. She really wanted a mother. She hadn’t explicitly talked about needing a mother before, so Aiden felt she was just saying so because she felt bad that she didn’t have one and her classmates did. Although, he knew she was bothered about it. In her former school, she had once complained that her classmates used to pick on her because she had never brought her mother for Bring Your Mum Day. And they usually bully her saying she was trash and that’s why her mother abandoned her. Aiden was livid when he heard it. Melissa paced anxiously in her lavishly decorated living. She had phone pressed against her ears, waiting for the receiver on the other end to pick up. After a few moments, he finally picked up. "Mr. Anderson, it's Melissa. I need your services urgently," she spoke into the phone with a sense of urgency."Of course, Miss Wiliams. I'll be there as soon as possible," replied a calm and composed voice on the other end.Within the hour, Investigator Anderson arrived at Melissa's residence. The meeting had ended and as the room cleared, Gabriel and Aiden remained. "Are you hell-bent serious about marrying this woman, Commander?" Gabriel asked.
