“You must be a joker to think that I borrowed a car to please someone like you.”- he chuckled out loud with his keys dangling before her eyes.

Anna cleaned off her eyes thinking that it was a dream and pinched her skin so tight to wake up from her dream but it wasn’t a dream at all.

“Mason, You and I know that you can’t afford a three square meal not to even talk about buying a car worth millions. Please, I would advise you to wake up from that imaginary life playing right in your head and face reality. Go and return the car to the owner and stop deceiving everyone that you’ve made it loser.”- she scoffed out loud as she disdainfully eyed him.

Mason felt so bad about Anna finding it very hard to believe that he had already made it but he didn’t let her words get to him. He adjusted his shirt and braced himself while he went further to lock his car.
