What If You Don't Show Up?

"I think I'll have to start going now, James. You need all the time to yourself and most importantly you still need some strength to gather before you head over to the hospital." Lucas pulled himself out of the conversation as he thought about everything James had said earlier.

"Do you plan to go to the police station to see him?" James asked him with so much concern.

"To see who?" He asked him because he didn't know exactly what he was talking about and who he was referring to.

"Who else is in the police station if not Alex? Don't you want to see him anymore?"

"Well, I didn't say I don't want to see him neither did I say I will see him. I just want to head back home and clear my head a little more before I conclude what exactly I want to do." he gave him a tangible response leaving James to think more about his actions.

"Lucas, I believe you are an adult and I know you know the right thing to do. So, I'll leave you alone and allow you to make a decision by yourself."
