"How dare you put my daughter's life at risk?," the Don exclaimed, his voice laced with anger .

Just as Teresa had suspected, the Don failed to see the nobility in Harvey's actions of saving the other girls. He vehemently condemned Harvey the moment he arrived.

However, Harvey, determined not to let anyone undermine his efforts, stood his ground. He firmly believed that saving those girls was one of the most commendable things he had ever done as a person, and he took great pride in it. With this conviction, he decided to take control of the situation.

Before the Don could continue, Harvey swiftly intercepted, cutting him off. "I believe you are also overlooking a crucial aspect. Your daughter's life was already in jeopardy when Alfred got a hold of her. It was through my intervention that she is now alive and well."

"I fail to comprehend how my actions would further endanger her life," Harvey furrowed his brow, his determination unwavering.
