Chapter 8: Find Support

“Sir, this is a welcome gift prepared by other shareholders. It's the number one villa located at the heart of blue sea manor.”

“Let's go see this place,” Eren said at once. He needed a house and one fell right in his lap. 

Mr. David affirmed as he drove Eren to Bayside district, a district for the wealthiest of the wealthy where an inch of land is gold, villa number one is the best villa out of the 40 villas that graced the area.

“Mr Eren, this is villa number one,”  David said as he pointed towards the distance.

What came into view was an enchanting villa that perfectly combined ancient European architecture and the beauty of Chinese tradition.

 Eren entered through the European-inspired doorway with intricate stone carvings of Greek mythology. The foyer had a mosaic floor and eloquently framed Chinese calligraphy.

The villa is divided into 4 gates which are north, south, East, and west with each gate having a total of 6 rooms. 

The living room and European antiques such as the Louis XIV-inspired chaise lounge coexist harmoniously with Chinese lacquered furniture adorned with symbolic motifs. 

The walls were decorated with famous paintings such as the Mona Lisa painting and the painting of the children offering up the immortal peaches, and Chinese scrolls were unveiled to reveal serene mountain vistas. 

The dining room is a culinary masterpiece, featuring a grand crafted from polished European oak intricately designed with red bloody peony flowers, overhead, a chandelier reminiscent of European crystal brilliance shines brightly on the room, casting its warm soft glow on the delicate Chinese lanterns made with golden foil papers. 

The bedrooms were decorated with king-sized beds draped in sumptuous Chinese silk that had patterns of dragons and phoenixes, a European fireplace complemented by Chinese wooden screens was right in the eastern part of the room. 

The walk-in closet had an abundance of clothes, shoes, and other products, it was said that the moment any of the designer brands produced any new clothes, they were first delivered to villa number one. 

The villa had a swimming pool on the inside and a pool on the outside. The underground section of the villa has a cinema and a mini bar by the side, while the last room in the west gate has a karaoke machine and a game arena.

 The garage was simply a collection of luxurious and antique cars that were worth more than a billion dollars. 

The beautiful sprawling garden had varieties of flowers ranging from European roses, daffodils, lilies, red peony, and wisteria creating a wonderful scene of colors and scents. 

Amidst this oasis, a beautiful outdoor tea house is located where morning tea is served as one gazes at the beautiful scene. 

“This is okay,” Eren remarked as he finished touring around the building.

 Mr. David nodded but deep down he was shocked this villa was unlike anything ever seen before, the architect was a strong lover of the arts and thus embedded his love in the design, coupled with the high building cost, the villa was priced at an astronomical price of 7 billion dollars, this made it almost unbearable and all Eren said was okay, David almost had a mental breakdown, he hurriedly thanked Eren and left with a bitter heart.

 As Eren settled in, he began to crosscheck his stats and found out that he had 3 unused lottery chances. “Fred, draw the lottery,”  Eren said.

 A giant spinning wheel appeared out of thin air with different colors, white, yellow, green, purple, and gold.

Eren nodded and spun the wheel, the wheel turned and finally, the arrow stopped at the purple color.

 Eren hurriedly checked the map and saw the location was in an isolated north of Patmos, it was an island filled with landmines and other deadly traps.

 As he was still cussing Malcolm, a knock on the door broke this cuss. Hissing, he stepped towards the door and opened it.

 As he lay his gaze on the intruder, a mixture of Surprise and shock passed through his eyes.
