Dr. Lance stood up and faced the group. “What do you guys think about MC Donald’s idea?”

Soon, words of endorsement began to fly around the hall. The club members began to stand up and declare their support for the motion.

Nathan also found the idea a good one. It would give them a sense of ownership and save the central committee from the stress of running around to find a fitting venue whenever there was a meeting.

Dr. Lance cleared his throat. “Well, it is settled I guess.”

“Yes!” They chorused.

“Motion accepted.”

Nathan got a notification on his phone. He checked it and wanted to step out and place a call but he wouldn’t want to walk out of the meeting.

His breakthrough came when Dr. Lance announced a thirty minutes recess. He felt that the given thirty minutes was enough for him to drive back home and complete his quest and then return in time before the meeting continues.

Nathan was the first to leave the hall but unknown to him, the recess was not the conventional recess
