“Come in,” Nathan responded from the inside.

Mike pushed the door open and walked into Nathan’s room.

Nathan had just finished taking dinner and was back to his camber. He was about to change into his pajamas when Mike arrived.

“Are you good?” Mike demanded after tracing his way into Nathan’s bedroom.

“I’m good. I just had a few scratches but I treated them using the first aid kit in my closet.” Nathan replied and sat by the edge of his bed.

“I can call the doctor to come and check up on you. You’ll be needing a couple of analgesics too.”

Nathan chuckled. “Don’t worry, Uncle Mike. I’m doing good. The training I’ve been carrying out in the gym was quite handy. I’m fit.” He maintained.

Mike smiled. “I’m glad you are doing okay. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve reinforced more guards at the house. They’ll take the empty rooms at the quarters and for now, I don’t think it’s safe for you to go back to your rented apartment.”
